Let’s start off with the good, it’s very difficult to get to, had to circle around twice on a busy highway. If you call that part of Parker Road a highway.today April 7 around 130 got 2 coffee. The guy at the window read off our order “two drinks that’ll be $12 and something cents” and puts the card reader where I could tap my card. It didn’t take the first time attempted it twice with the glare, you couldn’t see, it took, he shuts the window.my wife asked me. Did you just tip him five dollars no, I did not!!. “ how did it go from $12 to show 18 ???” She asked for a receipt and it showed that I tipped five dollars between those two taps of my credit card and the glare on the screen. He said I must’ve done it. It got oddly quiet and they fixed it. I didn’t get upset. They didn’t get upset but people should know that he is putting on a tip and people don’t realize that they just tap that thing…get on that highway and get to work And chalk it off as a mistake. This gentleman is preying on people that don’t pay attention. The manager is super nice. redid the transaction and who knows if that guy gets A talking to. I… People, need to start paying attention. Read moreI had a lovely, but new, cashier. She was kind and apologetic for her lack of experience. After an unusually long wait my drink was delivered incorrectly. I explained to the barista and was told that it would be remade AFTER everyone else drink was prepared. I informed her that I had been waiting, and had ordered correctly. She responded "I'm the only one barring at this time of day since can't do anything if it's entered incorrectly " she added, under her breath, but audible to all around, "maybe you shouldn't come to Starbucks at the wrong time." I immediately demanded a manager. I have no issues with new employees, or errors, but rude employees are inexcusable! The manager listened, rang up my drink again (I'm assuming for inventory since I wasn't refunded) and apologized. I was offered NOTHING except an apology. Typically we visit another Starbucks EVERY day (coffee is my only vice) and have NEVER had this type of treatment. I can't wait to get back to Laura and Rymie at the Starbucks in Target is Parker! I ordered via mobile order and when I showed up to pick it up the gentleman rudely asked me which drinks did I even order like I was inconveniencing him. Then he proceeded to make the drinks, take another 10 minutes at the window, give me a drink carrier and basically throw it into my window which spilled all over me. At that point I asked for napkins and he did not even offer to remake my drinks or apologize for spilling them all over the inside of my car. I did call corporate to leave feedback that this is the worst location I have ever received service at. Hopefully they will do something and train their employees a little bit better. One last thing, they didn't even make the drink that they spilled all over me right :/ yikes. If you are in the area, go to another Starbucks there...
