First off I want to say I LOVE Wendy’s and I was so happy to have one down the street from my house.
I unfortunately had several really bad experiences here at this location which is so disappointing! The first bad experience I had was the at the grand opening. We went through the drive up and ordered our food. They were taking a long time and pulled us up to wait for our nuggets. After waiting about 10 minutes they came out and told us they made the regular and not spicy and it would be another 10 minutes. We weren’t mad at all we totally understood and they gave us us free frostys for the wait. I opened my frosty and there was a big hair right on top. I nicely told the lady and she brought me another replacement frosty. I opened that one and no joke there was another hair right on top. It almost seemed purposeful even though we were really nice about the situation. They never offered a refund to us or any apology for the hairs in our food TWICE.
Regardless we continued to come back because it was the first night they were open so we gave them the benefit of the doubt.
The few times we’ve been back since they have been ridiculously rude. Basically throws the food through my car window. They almost never greet you at the second window. Read moreThis Wendy's has gone downhill since the old crew left. I remember helping open this place, being proud of that, working my butt off to give this place a glowing performance with the crew that I'd come to respect.
Nicole Franco was a good manager. The new ones seem uninterested in their establishment. The people on the line? Looking to me while I waited up front for an order to be taken. The food? Average, bland. Practically tasteless. I'm sad that this place went downhill. I spent 3 and a half years working to make this place as good as it could be, and now it's just as bad as the McDonald's just up the street, just more expensive. I'd rather go there than eat here again, in spite of superior products.
Please, Nicole, if you see this? I miss the vibe you brought to this place. I miss the vibe that the crew had, and the passion to do a good job. Hire more people that exemplify Wendy's core values...
Read morePlaced an online order earlier this evening to get food on my way home. There was 10 minutes at least between me placing the order and getting to the restaurant. I got there pulled through the drive-through and told them I had a pick up order. They told me to pull pass to the second window so I did then they parked me. And 3 to 4 cars behind me all got their food before I got mine. I waited almost 15 minutes to get my food. And when the food was finally brought out to me, not even a sorry or anything.
