It 10:16 pm....and I've been waiting for over an hour just in the drive thru before paying...receiving my food ...and when I tried putting in my order, the young man cashier was so rude..trying to tell my code from app and sure he didn't add in because I never got points. Just used order number for 29cent extra burger...for having two lanes and multiple places to pull in front and wait for orders wasn't used...the employees didn't know order or get food right and after waiting over hour..almost two hours food wasn't right....says 24 hours but rushed everyone in drive thru ....saying closing at 12...pm...need more reliable employees at night more time efficient and better service and food quality...my children live off McDonald's since autistic and have food preferences!!! But this location is a hit or miss...please change staff!!! I ordered two quarter pounders.two big macs.two mcdoubles.two large fries.mcchicken with cheese and bacon.and two drinks...NO PICKLES!!! Said multiple times I'm allergic! And I received three mcdoubles.one quarter pounder. Two big macs.and chicken nugget 10 piece..ALL had 4 pickles!!! At least. So had I not checked while in drive thru..and ate I'd probably be dead. I order McDonald's daily in one fashion or another...but having to wait another hour for meal to be made again, I won't be returning to this location!!!! I never got my receipt back after they messed up my order twice...tried giving me a coffee drink I never ordered and said it was in place of another coffee drink because they didn't have the one "I ordered". When I never ordered coffee..my fries were super cold to not have been made over again..and burgers still didn't have add ons I asked for several times!!!! I'm still waiting for food ...because I was only one asked to pull to front! And sat there at least extra hour like I was forgotten but drive thru was wrapped around location...corporate! Read moreI ordered from the intercom. The gentleman at the first window then charged me for an extra coffee. I told him I only wanted one coffee and asked him to take it off the order.
He was eager to repeatedly share his opinion that I made a mistake ordering. Then he shorted me a dollar on the change. I explained to him his mistake but he was adamant I was wrong again. He proceeded to give the dollar that I supposedly mistakenly wanted. He dropped the 10$ note of the change on the ground. He ignored this and I got out to pick it up.
I asked him to speak to his manager, and he repeatedly said he was the manager! At this point I very calmly gave him his change and asked for all my money back and to cancel the order.
I went to the last window where you get the food to tell them what had happened. I asked that gentleman if he was manager of the first guy and he said he was. He said he would speak to him. I told him I didn’t care but I was annoyed I’d wasted 10 mins of my life. It was just a very weird situation. I’m not angry just weirded out!
