Schooner's Burgers 'N Beer — Restaurant in Colton

This is my absolute favorite place for beer and bar food. I haven't had anything on their regular menu but the people we go here with always aay "fire.. That food was bomb." the beer glasses (schooner's, hence the name) are so cold that when they poor the beer the foam gets icy and also freezes when it goes over the edge. The most amazing crisp beer you'll ever get here. The only thing that could make this place even more perfect is if they maybe had a front or back patio area to sit and smoke or just be outside. Other than that I have NO complaints about this place. This was mine and my husbands weekend hangout place for almost 2 years before covid. We haven't been there since June last year so we don't know what they have going on right now. But we sure can't wait until it opens again!

Edit: so we've been back several times since the reopened! Atmosphere has changed from family friendly to adult (21+). No complaints there, kids don't really seem to enjoy it much anyways. Pool tables and a touch tones juke box now. A little bummed out about the menu changes but I get it. They had to simplify some things. Prices went up on the food (gotta love that inflation) but not the beer! Our favorite person there is Vero!...

Just left there. What's up for making you scan your ID for service? I'm not a fan of that. I was enjoying my burger, I asked my wife to get me another beer as I was eating.

There is no table service. She waits in line, gives my name, they insist on scanning her ID. She did not take her purse. She tells the server that I'm right there, you allreasy have his card. Reply "Sorry, we need your ID." I got up, stood in a 15-minute line, closed my tab, and left. Never going back!!

Oh, I'm glad I only had 1 beer. The police were outside waiting for people to leave. Man, I feel bad for them. They got 4 patrons outside. Clearly, they had been drinking, as I saw them leave. Great spot for the police. Catch us before we hit the street. Right there in the parking lot. I'll stick to The Venue or Woodys. It's safer plus table service! I've never seen police stop anyone in the Venue's or Woodys parking lot.

I just had a thought, there were 2 police cars outside, is that why they scan your ID? Like motels do? Motels notify the local police, right. Bad vibes...

Schooners is a great place to have an ice cold beer, have some grub and catch a game all while enjoying the complimentary eye candy and vibes of great and beautiful staff.

Stumbled upon this spot on a quick trip between San Fernando and Palm Springs. It was the perfect pit stop. Melina cooked up some juicy yet perfectly crispy hot wings. Met some very cool regulars that all recommended the burgers so I already can't wait to return and try one. Plenty of TVs for all sports games and some great specials. I was thinking of "a" drink but couldn't pass up the 805 bucket (of 5) for $16! The bartending duo of Charlette and ReeRee was on a other level.
