This is the absolute WORST Culver's I have ever been to. The employees there are rude and dumb as ever, and can only say "My Bad" when they cannot get an order correct. It took 5 employees (including the manager, supposedly) and 20 minutes to TRY to correct an order but could never get it done (I had to explain the problem to each time to each employee). Then, it took another 10 minutes for the so-called Owner (again, after explaining the problem) to refund the order since they could never get it correct. The only smart employee that cares, they only let her take food out to customers in the drive through. These young people really need to figure out that people on lunch breaks do NOT have time to keep going back to correct food orders over and over and over again. I just cannot believe fast food joints has come to such sslllooowww service. I honestly believe this place, owner included, went out of their way to frustrate an already...
Read moreFirst and last time. My husband and I were so excited, especially when the announcement came at my 8 month pregnant mark. Fast forward, we finally get to go out to grab some ice cream and while we typically enjoy Andy's Frozen Custard we decided to give Culver's a try. After all, it is closer and has been hyped up by so many. The drive thru staff was generous in allowing us time to choose our desserts, we paid, and was pulled around - but no receipt. Which is typically fine with me.
20 minutes and 8 cars behind us given their orders and no word. Unfortunately our fresh babe was inconsolable and we had to pull around and go inside. Our order was bumped from the screen when we paid and never made. 😳😳 Nobody stopped to ask what our order was except one young man about 5 minutes after we were pulled.
We will just stick with Andy's Frozen Custard moving forward. I truly hope you do not do business in this way. We gave it a shot but it wasn't for...

Stopped by the Culver’s in Columbia, Missouri while headed to St. Louis, and I was honestly impressed. The moment you walk in, the place feels clean, welcoming, and well-kept. The staff greeted me right away with friendly energy and great customer service. They didn’t rush me at all — gave me time to look over the menu and even helped me decide on what to try.
I went with the three-piece fish platter with cheese curds and fries. They let me know upfront it would be about an eight-minute wait on the fish, which I actually appreciated — that’s how you know it’s fresh. And when it came out, it did not disappoint. Hot, crispy, and full of flavor.
Despite it being busy, the team handled the crowd like pros, and there was plenty of seating available. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’ll definitely be stopping by again on my way back through town. Just shy of a perfect score, but close enough to keep me...
