Ordered through this Taco Bell location on 7/16/2023 around 10pm. Immediately after the delivery driver pulled off, I checked my food. My child and my fiance's food made it but my Mexican Taco Pizza didn't. Upon calling this store, I spoke to a female named unknown but she is one of the night managers at this location. Anyways I asked about the order and she stated that my pizza was sitting on their counter. I then asked her if you are a manager, why didn't my Taco make it with the rest of my orders? She then stated that one of the cooks just took it out of the oven or heater and it's sitting on their counter. Of course I was upset about it because this is the SECOND time this restaurant has messed up or was missing items from the bag. The first time was a delivery driver came and took our $60 order and never delivered it. Asked for a refund though Taco Bell and they refuse to refund. Talked to store manager Lisa and she advised me to reach out to Taco Bell which I did and they refuse to refund. This is VERY VERY sickening!!!!! Can't rely on this Taco Bell to make sure all your items are in the bag for delivery.........Update: I reordered the Mexican Pizza AGAIN @ 11:13pm and here it is 12:36am on 7/17/2023 and its still not here. Read moreThe attitude of the night shift employees- specifically the girl with large glasses and pink hair- is insane! I believe her name is Jordan. She and another young guy were working Drive thru. They got my order wrong. After waiting in the drive thru line for more than 20 minutes, I asked them for clarification on 3 items on my receipt because they got black bean and beef mixed up. She rolled her eyes, scoffed, and complained about me requesting the correct food. When she came back to the window with the food she had a sly smile like she knew it was still wrong. After checking the food 1/2 of it was wrong. So I go back through the drive through thinking I’m just going to re-order and pay for the correct food because their lobby is closed. She recognized me when I pulled up to the window, then told the other drive thru employee, and the line employees I was back. All of them then begin to mock me thinking I couldn’t hear them through the window. Read moreI went through the drive thru in Columbia, MO at the Bernadette Dr location. Mikell greeted me with a warm welcome and a smile. He was very accommodating, sweet and professional. Mikell remained calm and didn’t seem rushed/frenzied like most people in drive thru’s seem. He made me feel as though I was the only person that mattered in the world. He made me feel important. It was the best experience I’ve had at any Taco Bell. He definitely deserves a raise!
Another person that I am impressed with at this location is Lisa, the general manager. She is always busy helping customers and employees with whatever they need. She goes above and beyond in all areas of her job. She is so hardworking and it seems as though no job is beneath her. I love that! I can tell she’s an awesome manager. She always has a smile on her face no matter what. She definitely deserves a raise as well! This location is my favorite because of Lisa and how she runs the store.
