Cute concept. Nice physical setting with a clean space and comfy seating, as well as a small book and card section, which is a nice draw if you’re looking for that sort of thing. Mostly religious. I wasn’t aware they were part of a church. I am in town for work from out of state. However, the negative outweighs that little positive. I was greeted with scrutinizing looks by staff and customers alike when I walked in the door, then approached by a lady who I didn’t know worked here, as she was sitting at a table with other people and seemed bothered by having to get up and help an actual customer. Then, when I sat at a table and pulled out my laptop, the same lady approached me and rudely said “we close in a little over an hour”, then walked away. Almost as if to say “don’t get too comfortable”…nope, wouldn’t want that! They list their closing time at 5pm. It was 3:45. I was very happy that they also partner with Samaritan's Purse and had the shoe boxes ready to go which I needed some to pack for Operation Christmas Child. The internet was reliable for me to sit and do some work.
I like the cozy little coffee shop. Only two downsides the bathroom is not open to the public which doesn't make sense to me because other bathrooms are open in the public can't blame it on covid anymore.
