Changing the fry size from a tray to a little bag with a 20 pc wing order makes no sense because the wing to fry ratio barely equaled out when it was a tray. A change like this should be told to customers a month or two after the change when placing an order. To ensure customers know what they are purchasing. I understand you are a business and probably will get more money by separating the tray size fries because then that’s what an extra 10 bucks you’ll be charging per tray ? Ontop of the 20 dollar 20 pc wing. This will most likely be our last time purchasing this meal from nicks and it was our main go to meal with nicks and no need to purchase the 30 pc wing for the tray of fires which once again did not equal fry to wing ratio in the start and this throws the ratio off even more . This is a very disappointing change and like I said we will not be back for this meal because you guys just messed up the vibe and everything. Luckily, we didn't leave the restaurant and chose to eat there, so we noticed. It took maybe at most 20 minutes and us asking multiple times for the side of fries, but they made up on that by upgrading the fries to family size without us even asking, so yay more fries.

I love coming to Nick’s. The food is great and the customer service is even better. I’m unsure what the guy name is at the drive thru window with curly hair is but he is very sweet. I live 30 minutes away from the restaurant but they are worth the drive. I normally get wings when I go to Nick’s but I have been getting the shrimp Alfredo the past visits and it’s amazing. You definitely get your money worth. I even get garlic butter to put on the pasta and it’s amazing. Trust me you’ll be hooked! *chef kiss* Keep up the good work to everyone who works here.

I love coming to Nick’s. The food is great and the customer service is even better. I’m unsure what the guy name is at the drive thru window with curly hair is but he is very sweet. I live 30 minutes away from the restaurant but they are worth the drive. I normally get wings when I go to Nick’s but I have been getting the shrimp Alfredo the past visits and it’s amazing. There was a misunderstanding about what two pieces of fish is. I asked the cashier how many pieces of fish come with the combo and I was told two. When I got the order I checked if and it was one piece of fish cut in half. She checked it and said that is the way we serve it by cutting it in half. However this was not explained to me, so when I asked can I pay for a whole piece of fish and she allowed me to.

After waiting for 9 minutes I asked how much longer was it going to be and she responded it takes a while to sauté fish. I waited and watched the cook prepare other meals. Another worker was in the lobby and I asked him if he could check on the status of the fish and she said to me with a raised voice 'he don't have anything to do with the front he don't know about it". He work drive threw.

I said if it is going to be much longer I may have to ask for the other food to be cooked over because the food is getting cold. The lady started yelling to back "how much longer on the fish and she want her money back'. So the supervisor (I guess) started walking up yelling she always complaining, just give her her money back.

I told him that first, I did not ask for my money back and that they were very unprofessional. The lady wanted to go back and forward and I told him exactly what I said and she made that assumption on her own. He said to me, well if you knew how to cook fish you should know it takes a long time. (wow) The thoughts that ran through my mind, I didn't say.

I said all I wanted to know was how much longer was it going to be for the one piece of fish and the fish then came up. At that point everyone was watching and just staring. So embarrassing. I told the guy he should have handle it and myself better than he did and he walked off. I said I would like a refund. so he said yelled his name and said she wants her money back, he said, give her the money back as he brushed me off with his hand gesture.

The lady said to him, she going to have to wait. after three minutes I started recording her while she bagged condiments and took others orders for another six minutes. That was a waste of 40 minutes.

To touch on his comment about always complaining. Yes, I have complained twice before because of the nature of the food that I was served. The food was old. It was a burger that had cheese that looked like it was frozen and reheated, the lettuce and tomatoes was withered with no texture or form to it and the bread was soggy wet. I was not going to accept that and yes I called and complained and returned it. The other time was for some wings, yes wings. I was told that they half way cook them and when the order come in the cook them until they are fully cooked that makes the wings fresh and less time to cook.

Valid complaints to me, Its my money and If it is not to my liking I will address it. I gave grace those times because my order was made fresh for the burger meal and money returned for the wings. Tonight was the straw that broke the camels back. I have never been treated this way when I've had an issue that I addressed at this location.

As a business that serves the public, some of the staff members at this location are poorly trained and lack customer service skills and accountability. The reason why I gave this restaurant a 1 star it’s not because of the food the food is undeniable delicious the chef who prepares and cooks these meals deserve a bonus check and more. The one star comes in with customer service here’s why last night Dec.4 2021 @ approximately 9:30 pm my family and I went inside and ordered food my daughter got her food first so I tasted one of her fries and they were sooo good with Cajun seasoning when my husband went to pick up our order I told him to ask for seasoning so I could sprinkle some on mine he did what I asked of him and the cashier at the register turned to another worker and “stated people always asking for extra I put some on there already” so my husband said excuse me if it’s like that just keep the seasoning you don’t have to be rude about it. That woman was so hateful to everyone whom came out of town with us however the next time I’m in Columbia which will be this Wednesday I will take my business across the street to the new business that opened up with wings and seafood. To management please explain to your lady worker that worked that night if she do not want to wait on patrons she need another line of work to do like washing the pots and pans for the chef who is serving up great tasting food because her attitude will run your business in the ground we do not honor places with disrespectful workers tell her to get some ACT RIGHT OR QUIT‼️ Thank you from a...

The food was great but the service was horrible. I walked inside to order because I wasn’t 100% sure about what I wanted and I didn’t want to hold up the drive through. As I placed an order with the sweet young lady at the counter, the man working the drive thru came from the drive through window, where he should have been focused on the customers he was serving, and walked over to the counter to tell me that the next time I came in, I needed to wear more clothes to prevent the men in the back from looking at me. I had on a hoodie, leggings and Ugg boots, and the cooks were staring at me as if they just got out of prison after doing a 10 year bid. They made it such a point to look at me that they couldn’t even cook properly. I wanted to confront them but I have always been taught to never get into it with someone who is preparing your food. The entire staff was unprofessional except the young lady working the counter who even suggested a combo option for me to save me some money. So basically ladies if you wear anything other than a nun habit, and the clothes show even a little shape, the grown men in the back will not be able to control themselves, so the solution will be for you to wear something that will not tempt them.
