If you want the Chef's Feast for two, this location won't sell it to you in person, even though their FAQ says the promotion is available in-store. This seems like bait and switch, so watch out.

The girlfriend and I were looking forward to a meal at a place we both like. In the pre-Covid times, she told me that PF Chang's was a place where they had a savvy, full service approach. She said that her parents, who aren't known to have an adventurous pallet, found something with what she described as something of a combo-meal approach (an app, a main, a soup). Then, Covid hit, and restaurants changed a bit. The industry went takeout centric, and we noticed that PF Chang's embraced that approach. The meals we had there during Covid times were adequate, but lacked the flexibility to what she remembered. Now, in 2025 and Covid in the rearview mirror, we thought that would change as PF Chang's offers a deal called Chef's Feast, purportedly starting at "under $40 for two". It's supposed to be three courses. It's supposed to be upgradable with various options, small fees here and there. You can select all your favorites, for the Columbia location PF Chang's, in their website. You can upgrade them and hit "order". But guess what doesn't exist at the restaurant when you get there? The Chef's Feast for Two. We wanted the pre-Covid PF Chang's experience, but alas, PF Chang's would not do it. Our server was nice enough, but seemed incurious to the situation and did not work to correct the issue. When asked what other things like it were available, she didn't even mention their "Golden Feast" which is prominently advertised on their tables and doors. Priced individually, I suppose, we could have gotten all the items of the Chef's Feast for Two, a la carte, but it probably would have been too big of portions and nearly 1.5x the advertised price. We ended up leaving, going to a more local place which had some to-die-for chicken, and having a good night (fellow Marylanders, yes, good local places are just around the corner). I guess PF Chang's is still stuck in their Covid mindset, and it might be a while (or never) that they regain patronage from people who just want what is advertised (and no where does it say "take out only", the fine print only mentions the prices vary by location, which would have been acceptable if they would just name their price, furthermore, directly from the relevant FAQ they say, "Yes, the Chef's Feast menu is available for both dine-in and carry-out. Enjoy our specially curated menu in restaurant or take it home to savor at your convenience." See the...

We came in as a party of 15 excited to see that we had 2 servers. We immediately identified who would be on separate checks so that there would be no confusion at the end of the service, and our server was happy to oblige. We ordered our appetizers and 2 things were forgotten. It took quite some time to get those 2 items out. But we were talking and enjoying company. Then, one of our main entrees was forgotten at the main course, and that took a little bit of time to also get out, which definitely messes up the flow of dinner service. The worst part of the service was we had two servers, But after our food was to the table we saw not a single one of them for are you very long time? Like everyone breaking their neck looking for someone anyone to walk by. It took forever to get our check and when we did finally received a check. All of our fountain drinks were on a separate check for the entire table?? And that was considerably annoying, considering we all had credit cards and had to figure out how to divvy them up. We told him the issue and he left with all our checks and did not return for a good 20 minutes. (We sat for dinner service at 4 PM on a Sunday and did not finish up our dinner until 6:48 PM) . At which time he is still has not figured out how to get the fountain sodas onto the appropriate checks. So I considerably annoyed said they should just comp them. It's only sodas and we had been waiting around 35 mins to leave at this point.. He became a little frustrated and said. "Fine I'll do that. We paid original checks finally were able to leave the restaurant. I did add the additional gratuity for sodas bc I felt it wasn't all his fault. The restaurant was considerably unkept, straws on the floor in service lanes and just noticeable messy. And he had other tables on the floor in addition to ours. All in all we enjoyed our food, it's predictable at a chain and enjoyed company. But I feel as if this establishment as a whole has went down...

If you're looking for a restaurant that serves up mouthwatering short ribs, then you absolutely have to try the braised short ribs at P.F. Chang's in Columbia, Maryland. From the moment you take your first bite, you'll be hooked on the delicious blend of savory and sweet flavors that this dish has to offer.

First of all, the presentation is beautiful. The short ribs are arranged perfectly on a bed of pineapple fried rice, garnished with a sprinkle of fresh herbs that add a pop of color to the plate. The meat itself is cooked to perfection - it's incredibly tender and juicy, with just the right amount of fat to keep it moist and flavorful.

But the real star of this dish is the sauce. It's a rich, savory blend of soy sauce, brown sugar, and other spices that creates a complex and satisfying flavor profile. The sauce is perfectly balanced - not too sweet, not too salty - and it complements the flavor of the meat perfectly. Every bite is a delight for your taste buds.

The service at P.F. Chang's is top-notch as well. Our server was friendly and attentive, making sure that we had everything we needed to enjoy our meal to the fullest. The restaurant itself is stylish and modern, with a lively atmosphere that makes it a great spot for a night out with friends or a romantic dinner with your significant other.

Overall, I would highly recommend P.F. Chang's in Columbia, Maryland for their braised short ribs. This dish is a true standout, with amazing flavor and presentation that will leave you feeling satisfied and impressed. Whether you're a fan of Asian cuisine or just looking for a delicious and memorable meal, this restaurant is definitely...

The pros: Great food! I love PF Chang crispy green beans! They're delicious. I tried the pink lotus martini, delicious!!! In addition, I had the pork dumplings (pan seared) and the honey shrimp!!! Everything was delicious. What needs improvement: I placed my order and sat at the bar. I was only one of two customers before the crowds joined. I placed my order. However, I received my drink and green beans. After waiting 25 minutes, I asked the server about the dumplings, and he said he didn't hear me order them. Remember, there were only two of us prior to the crowd. So i simply said, "Please place the order for me." When the dumplings arrived, they clearly were not pan seared. The dumplings were steamed. I mentioned it to the waiter. I did not make a fuss over them because they were a part of the happy hour special. I brought the dumplings home and seared them myself. Finally, utensils! Please place utensils in front of customers when they arrive. I asked twice for utensils and never received them until my dumplings arrived. Even the person who brought me the food ignored me when I asked for utensils because he was too busy talking to others. I'm sure it was an off day, so I'm overlooking my experience on this past visit. Overall, I'll definitely be back because the food is worth the drive.
