This was an experience that I will not forget it's 97゚ outside,it is uncomfortably hot,I'm walking 45 mins doing me. I stop by Subway to purchase a cup of water. I'm approached at the counter by a person who is not of American descent. Rudely and disrespectfully she lies and says to me "She only sells bottled water at a price of $2.50".I Found out after asking her whom owns this establishments she did. Another customer in line points out that there is a water spout on the fountain drink machine, By then I'm very light headed and decided this is not a place where I'm gonna spend $1.69 for the cup which I was gladly willing to do so to be disrespected and violated by a person whom clearly has no class or any type of respect for the persons who spend money in their stores I would never Return. Read moreThe restaurant is located inside of a gas station. There does not appear to be a drivethrough, you must go inside to order. Since the place is a gas station parking is limited. As I pulled up to the place, I noticed a large number of homeless people standing around for no good reason, apparently trying to beg from customers; and I was not in the parking lot for even 5 seconds before a homeless man asked me for spare change. Needless to say, my first impression was not a good one. There is limiting seating inside, but the place is clean and there are multiple workers fulfilling orders compared to other Subway restaurants I've visited. If you can deal with the homeless people outside then you might like the place. It is a convienant location for USC students but the locale is sort of sub-par and I question the safety of visiting...

Called to cancel the order because I could not wait hence the reason I ordered online. The lady stated she was having a hard time hearing me then hung up. I called back and told her I wanted to cancel my online order she said I don't know how to do that call subway. I thought that was I was doing. I put in a complaint online and never received a refund or a callback for the complaint. I found out that once you placed you order online there is no way to cancel it. So I learned to not order anything from Subway online. They need to have a button that states you will not be able to cancel this order once placed...
