One of the filthiest and worst Wendy's I've ever been in. Came in the store at 825 pm, waited a few minutes in line, and finally when up to the front had to wait on an employee to order and get it promoted off before they could get mine in the queue. Was told that they didn't know how to do any of the specials that Wendy's was promoting and that I had to download the app and order it through the app so I did that right there standing at the register. By now it's about 8:33 8:34. A place to order and I saw my name pop up on the screen so I knew it was in the queue I was standing there waiting and waiting and I saw my name going up and as I was standing there are about 15 more people waiting on food also and I counted seven people behind the register and in the cooking area. There was no big rush of people and no reason for such a long delay. I saw my name disappear off the menu at about 5 minutes after 9:00 and I stepped up to the counter the girl asked me what I was waiting on and I said my order that's been up there for over 20 to 25 minutes and it disappeared but there's no food been put up here and she said what was it and I told her a double cheeseburger that's all I ordered She said okay I'll go make it and went back there to make the thing they had no idea what's even going on. People walking around joking, laughing, and cutting up it was a clown show. I received my food at 9:11 That's 46 minutes to get a cheeseburger. While standing there and I had plenty of time The floor was so sticky it was like walking on glue traps and there was filth all over not one table was cleaned there were french fries all over the floor water in the floor in the bathroom the paper towel dispenser was broke open and paper towels hanging out to the floor everything in there was filthy. I don't blame this on the poor quality of workers they have this is a management problem for not coming in and inspecting this place and seeing what's going on in their store or at least the owners or somebody that's at the top of this chain. Sat at the speaker to place my online order and five minutes later a lady came to the speaker saying are you ready to place your order. As we were placing it, found out they’re out of frostys (yet they’re featuring the crabby pattie meal) and out of sweet tea, couldn’t get baconator fries because they said they’re out of cheese sauce! Then we get up to the window, the guy taking the money had on gloves and the woman making the sandwiches was but the guy doing fries (white guy with strawberry blonde hair) was not wearing gloves and he was pulling fries out of the cartons by his fingers one by one a few at a time and throwing them back in. He was pulling at his clothes and then he put a plastic bag into the trash and was pushing it down then went right back to packing fries and touching them again. Asked the guy at the window who the manager on duty is he said Shameka. Asked for her and told her about this she said thank you for letting me know because I didn’t know. As I was checking my food then waiting on the drink I was missing, she’d been talking to him and he still was most standing there not gloving up. I had also asked if we could get fresh fries and she said yours are fresh I did yours, and ours were cold and old! She blatantly lied! When we got home, we realized our order was totally wrong. We had two kid meal size fries instead of combo sized, missing two orders of chicken nuggets, a plain double stack had lettuce tomato and mayo on it which doesn’t even come on a double stack, and the meat patties have overdone edges and the fries you’d think are pieces of pencils as they’re so tough. There were no other cars. There was no one dining inside. This place is a poor excuse for a business, much less a "fast food" restaurant.
Within 5 minutes of receiving my food (BOGO breakfast sandwich deal & a chocolate iced coffee), I opened the bag to eat the 1st item I grabbed; it ended up being the BE&C on an English muffin. Guess what? It had been hastily thrown together and was cold. (Go figure.)
Time for the 2nd item, which was supposed to be a BE&C croissant. Nope. Wrong item. I got a biscuit instead of the French delicacy; gross.
As one could probably predict, the drink was disgusting. I'm not sure if the coffee was old, or the milk/cream was sour. I've never had this before, but I can proclaim with 98.2% certainty that it shouldn't taste like it did; par for the course...
And these people think they're worth $15/hr? Maybe, but only if you show up to work on time, prepare warm, correct menu items, and do so in a quick and orderly fashion -- all while wearing a smile. Oh, wait! ...
