Arby's — Restaurant in Columbus

What a joke. The two ladies that are working at the Whittlesey Road location should be fired. They let you order food, they tell you that they no longer sell potato cakes, I said okay I’ll take the fries and a Orange cream shake. Then the final come out and ask “ ARE YOU PAYING WITH CASH”. Who carries cash any more. I request to talk to the manager, they both acted like they were the manager. They said their card machine isn’t working. I asked why wouldn’t you say that in the first place before I ordered? I said I was going to report them to the corporate office. They then commence in yelling at me as I am driving away. I know good help is hard to find but I would close my doors forever if I had to keep people like these two.

My review is not about me. My review is as a customer looking at staff. I am sitting here eating my food and a customer comes in wanting to order food. He waits patiently while waiting not one employee asked him does he need help. The manager on duty is standing. there laughing at what ever is funny. The meat cutter just ignores him and he still waiting while the who is running the counter is the restroom. Well the counter/ maintaince/food guy comes out the bathroom looks at the guy in the eyes walks away and doesn't come back until the guy leaves. Now my complaint is why couldn't anyone else in this store help that guy do they think there to good to help the counter. End of story is arby's lost a sale and most likely a customer. This is the BEST Arby's we've ever visited, and one of the best fast-service restaurants, too! The food was really good and their prices are in line with other similar places to eat, especially if you plan ahead or choose one of the deals. We got french dip, spicy roast beef and fish sandwich. All were very good, especially the dip! It was off the chain! I forgot to wait for my debit card after we got our food at the drive thru, and we don't live in Columbus. Would you believe they mailed my debit card to me in another state the very next morning? We are so grateful. More businesses should follow this Arby's lead in quality and CUSTOMER SERVICE! We will...
