UPDATE: Spoke with the GM about this experience and received a response that there would be more than a conversation with the mentioned Shift Manager. Still not going back to this location until maybe summer to give them time to get things sorted.
Had a bag of food handed out the drive-thru window. Looked in the bag and order wasn't even close to being right. Went straight inside to the counter and waited for someone to be available to address my issue. I heard the Manager on duty call out an order and said it was handed out to the wrong vehicle and needed it rushed.
I spoke up, saying that I had that bag of food. The Manager took the bag, looked in the bag to make sure it was right and then instructed the person running the window to hand out that bag of food I was given to the customer at the window.
The Manager left me standing at the counter and went back to filling orders. After what seemed like a few minutes, the Manager (looking confused) asked if there was something I needed. I expressed that I'd like my correct order, which he went right to the correct bag and handed it to me. He asked me if there was anything else and I brought it to his attention that handing out the food I had brought back in (not knowing what might have happened to it after originally handed out) was not good form. He looks back at me with a blank face and stare saying he was sorry... I also mentioned that his actions were worthy of a few phone calls.
Expect me to call the store manager and possibly the local health...
Read moreThe whole Burger King branding schpiel is that you can "have it your way". So imagine my disappointment when I was declined a double-decker Whopper with Mac sauce and extra pickles, with a large fry and onion ring on the side. because, and I quote: "This is a Burger King, not a McDonald's". First of all, it's Mickey-D's, not McDonald's, tell your employees to get it right. And secondly, what happened to "the customer is always right"? It's the unspoken rule of business! I AM THE CUSTOMER! I AM RIGHT! I RESERVE MY RIGHTS TO ANY REQUEST, NO MATTER HOW UNREASONABLE OR UNRIGHTEOUS! IF I WANT MAC SAUCE ON MY DOUBLE-DECKER WHOPPER WITH EXTRA PICKLES, A LARGE FRY, AND ONION RINGS, THEN GIVE ME MAC SAUCE ON MY DOUBLE-DECKER WHOPPER WITH EXTRA PICKLES, A LARGE FRY, AND ONION RINGS! Your so-called "king" has truly lost his marbles on this one. I, as a far superior king, find the actions of your employees shameful and disgraceful. Maybe you should take the example of other, far more successful eateries, and adopt a better customer service policy. Maybe then your business would be as successful as that of the Golden Arches. I am horrified at the actions taken on the behalf of your employees, and I pray for your downfall to come slowly but surely. You haven't seen the end of me, Burger King! ...
Read moreIf Fast Food is needed then of course I prefer Burger King 👑 hands down! BKs motto "Have It Your Way" for me says it all 😉 Example: Because you can ask for extra on any of the toppings (at no additional charge I might add), remove the toppings you really don't like, request how the burger is grilled (rare, medium- standard preparation btw, or well done- can you believe that...wow!)...just to name a few "have it your way requests" This means your food is always fresh, hot, and the way you like it! Btw even with making a request or two it doesn't seem to hold the customer back from getting their food FAST which is awesome in my opinion 😁 Thank you Burger King for being one of the few remaining companies to honor old beliefs like: Customer First Customer is Always Right Customer...
