Honestly I dont love it. I would choose Qdoba's over Chipotle ANY day! But my boyfriend LOVES chipotle. My ecperience is EVERYTHING has a total spicy flavor to it. I am not a spicy person but I can handle a little when I tell you my gums were burning from the spice im not even kidding!! Not to mention how fast they run you through the line. I want to try the meat to see which one I want I am a little bit picky when it comes to my food not gonna lie but when a customer is a FIRST time customer dont RUSH them through bc YOUR worker couldnt find the right time for lids or whatever and a line produced behind me! So I ended up getting their Pork that tasted like straight thyme or something I DID NOT like! And I didnt even get to try it first. At Qdobas they let me try it even if they know I know what it all tastes like bc some days things can get dry or my stomach just wants to test what it wants first lol and I'm comparing to Qdobas bc there isnt anything around here besides that to compare too. Anyways my boyfriend LOVES chipotle! I highly DO NOT recommend. So this is a mixed review bc that's just what it is. My experiences eating there were horrid bc of the rush! And my experience coming in with him ordering his food is horrid to me too he loves the food so much he doesnt even see it. Like he pays for DOUBLE meat. Half the time he gets double half the time regular but pays for double EVERYTIME! He gets rushed through and embarrassed easy to say YO THAT ISN'T DOUBLE and def doesnt want me to say it bc he asks me not too. Thats why I started this reviewing thing to tell what I really think for people like him who are too shu, embarrassed or whatever to say anything!!!! Oh yea and their chicken and steak are DRY A.F! sorry not sorry BUT IF YOU LOVEE SPICY YOU FOUND YOUR SPOT!! Read moreHaven't had it in over a year, I eat the same meal all the time. It is a good price, good portions, always good and filling.. It went up almost $4 dollars!!!!! I'm not paying 15 dollars for a regular no extras bowl after standing in line for 30 minutes with 9 people in front of me. They had 9 Chipotle associates on front line. 3 .5 making food then 2! No salsa at all on the make station, sour cream looked like milk. By time I paid for my meal, which took 15 minutes at the register, and I paid in cash. I stood at the register for another 15 minutes 😒😠 waiting for someone to give me the meal I paid for. The cashier walked away after giving me my paper bills and shorted me my change, and did not give me my receipt. My mother was in the hospital, I had not eaten all day, so was really looking forward to a delicious hot full meal. A 10th Chipotle associate asked if I wanted something,🙄😒 I replied that I would like my food, which sat on the counter, now shoved halfway back towards the meat station, then proceeded to tell me she wanted to see my receipt,, then remarked " the food isn't free." That was a fiasco.. It literally took 3 non English speaking associates to put it in a bag. Finally get out to my car, I figured I would eat in my car before returning to the hospital. I open my bowl, thinking yummy, yummy!!!!!! This meal is a treat for me, I don't get it often No! No, NO! The bowl was half full if it was lucky!! Sour cream, sour cream where is it?? No cheese. I didn't have much time, and couldn't afford to buy more, had no choice but to eat it. NO!!!! It was cold!!! It took the associates so long my food, for me, was inedible. I cannot stand cold food. Read moreVisited on 1/23/24 around 7 pm. Was greeted and I gave them my order. My order was completed correctly and the food was great. Where this place failed epically was the condition of the restaurant.
The soda station was absolutely filthy and not organized. EVERY single table was dirty from the customer before. Not one table did not have some form of rice on it. The only garbage can was maxed out, so I returned my tray to the cashier and told her the garbage was full and I wasn’t going to make even more of a mess.
The main issue here was that during my time there, there was a break in the action (15-20 minutes)and 6 employees, behind the counter, were just talking to one another and no effort was given to straighten the store out and make it presentable.
After leaving, I immediately called their customer hotline and actually spoke to someone. I told them my complaint and they started a case file and apologized for the condition of the restaurant.
It was very comforting that I was able to speak with someone who truly cared about my experience.
Hopefully they reach out to this restaurant and help make sure others don’t have this problem...
