Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Columbus

We choose this place because it's one of our favorite pizzas. We went in looked around for a place to sit all of the tables looked dirty. And those only one other table at the time. We choose a table that doesn't look too dirty and sit down. I thought I had done something wrong as to the waitress saw us but didn't come over for 20 minutes and proceeded to take our drink order. I said I wanted sweet tea. She puts her hand over her mouth and says not to be disrespectful but the tea here isn't that sweet, I say no problem but still want the tea. And breadsticks and we were unsure of pizza just yet. 10 minutes later she brings our drinks and we order our pan pepperoni pizza lovers. Me thinking I am drinking a not so sweet tea take a huge drink and just about choked. My son is dying laughing at my facial expression. The tea was over enough sugar in it as in extremely sweet tea. Waitress was crazy. Everytime she was talk she covered her mouth. But when our breadsticks can out they were super hard. My son and I could hardly pull them apart. My 19 yrs old son goes aheads and eats them as he is super hungry. Our pizza finally arrives. I asked her if this was pan because it looked hand tossed to me. Hand over mouth, yes it is a pan. It wasn't and it was not that good either. You know it's bad when your kid eats two small pizza slices and says I'm good. He always eats over half the pizza. But it wasn't to be because today their food was horrible I mean horrible service sucked and the place looked dirty. That should've been when I turned around and not eaten here, but being a dummy I stayed and paid the almost$30 check for the worst food I have tasted in a long time. My friend and I decided to order the dinner box from here yesterday and ordered it around 2:30, said it would be here and ready around 3 or so. 45 minutes pass by and the pizza still isn’t delivered, then it reaches to an hour and decided to give the store a call. No one answered, sounded like they just hung up the phone. 2 hours pass by and I called this store not once, not twice, but 12 times with no answer. Even tried calling through the ordering line and got transferred to a supervisor with no answer. We finally eventually go to the store and I go in and tell them that we’ve been waiting for 2 and a half hours for this pizza. The manager looks up the order and another lady comes by and says she delivered it, climbed up the stairs, knocked and everything. I told them we never heard any knocking, and we definitely would have because we were in the living room the whole entire time. Even if she did come up the stairs and knock, why wouldn’t she just leave the food at the door? I’ve already tipped and paid the delivery fee. Anyways, they tell me they’re going to remake the order (which took another 30/45 minutes of my time) and apologized. They do remake the order, but completely forgot the extra breadsticks I used my points for to order and just completely gave up asking because it was all such a waste of my time. They didn’t bother to offer paying me back for the fee and tip I paid for food I never received and even though I didn’t use many points, it’s still something I could’ve saved. Horrible. Always something wrong with my order. My pasta and drink that I ordered was crap. First off I didn't order Diet MD. I ordered regular. Then my pasta was gross. Barely any sauce, pasta was burnt, & the sauce tasted horrible. The manager was very rude when I called to tell them. I was constantly cut off by him then he'd turn around and ask what was wrong with it. I said are you going to let me speak? He said the pasta was made today that's how we make it. I was like BS cause I love the pasta and it's never tasted like this. Idk how many times I've had problems with this Pizza Hut. I like Pizza Hut though and the next one is on Jonathan Moore Pike unfortunately. He said what do you want me to do? I said you can come get it and refund me (I've had problems in the past with a manager who told me I was trying to get free food even though I offered to give the shitty messed up order back). He said no I'm not sending anyone to get it and I'll credit you. My order was almost $15 and I got credited $10 which means I have to pay for delivery and my drink again (two liters here are $3). After I use my credit I will no longer eat here. Over it. Every single manager here seems to have a stick up their ass cause they're all rude (the ones I've spoke with anyway). They never take responsibility for the orders they continuously mess up. It's always the customer's fault.
