Food is great as any other Chic fil a. Seems to be very clean. A little crowded during lunch. But overall a good atmosphere.
For me I noticed that the prices here are higher than other chic fil a's that I have been to, not much but by about 50-75 cents.
But another thing I really don't care for is I know for a fact that I can do this at other stores is exchange fries for chicken nuggets for example. You can't do that at this store. I quit going to most Wendy's in the Columbus Market because they are so rigid about changing out food. There too many other places that will gladly do it for you to have that hassle. Also at Wendy's they seem to only wait on one car/customer at a time here in the Columbus market which makes for extremely long wait times. Which is why I don't go back (to the Wendy's in the Columbus market, outside of Columbus I will gladly go and I won't get any hassle and its way quicker too).
You know if I go to Culver's for example and I asked them to change out fries for Onion rings. It's not a big deal, they simply change it and give me onion rings. I don't understand why stores in the Columbus market are different than the national market. If I go to any other stores outside of Columbus for fast food (for example Toledo, Dallas, San Antonio, Austin, Tx, Gastonia, NC, and etc). I get way better customer service and I get way better selection of foods and if I want to switch out an item its not a big deal they simply switch it out. Why should I have to be locked down to just fries and that's it? Why can't we have some...
Read moreChick-Fil-A on high street is located in a great location that is close to Ohio States campus. It is relatively easy to access by walking, but it may be difficult to drive as there is not much parking around. There are a few parking spots on the side of the building where it is located, as well as some accessible parking spots for individuals who need them. Chick-fil-A has two large doors that open onto high street, as well as a standard-sized door to enter the actual establishment. These doors can be found to be a bit heavy, but they open into wide open spaces that allow plenty of room for individuals to move, as well as for those who use mobility devices. There are sometimes lines at chick-fil-A, but they usually move relatively quickly. The staff is always extremely accommodating, kind, and willing to help. As well, they have the option to order your food ahead of time online or using their app and there is a delivery option. Chick-fil-A has tables located throughout the establishment with various table heights and different seats such as benches or traditional-style chairs. Some of the tables are located very close to each other which can make it difficult to access some of them, but usually, there are other seats available that are more accessible. Their menu is available for viewing online, as well as any allergy or nutrition...
Read moreListen, I had to come here to give them a review because My Postmates review just didn’t do justice. Let me start with the order, a spicy chicken sandwich w/ bacon, waffle fries, lemonade (they were outta sweet tea which was cool), and a cookie. Now full disclosure: I had just got done eating a few blades of grass from the Garden of Eden but either way…THIS FOOD WAS BUSSIN BUSSIN! The chicken sandwich was hot, even though delivered, juicy asl, and oddly…larger? Juicy af! The perfect amount of spicy. The fries had palm sized cuts 🤤no crumbs, the cookie was fye! Hot, perfect, then, the lemonade hit the back of my throat to finish the meal off and even with no ice was over cold. This was hands down my best chick fil a experience ever. Idk what conspiracy is going on but I’m ordering after...
