The product is GREAT. Sadly the company, and especially the staff at this store, have been a tremendous disappointment. When you spend THIS kid of money you should experience no problems, and if you do you would expect that they would rectify any quickly and professionally. That has been our experience,my wife and me. I'm not going to lay our our whole unpleasant experience because it is too involved. It should suffice that we had a problem on install. It could have been an easy fix, but the installers didn't care. I went to the store where THEY should have fixed it but no. They wanted me to deal with customer service on the phone! I even caught one of the salespeople SLEEPING on a bed!! We got the bed issue worked out only to have a new isssue pop up.... we now had the wrong mattress pad. Back to the store I go only toi get more attitude from staff who refuse to help me and make me call custome service again! 35 MINUTES LATER I FINALLY GET AN ANSWER! It has now been a week and a half and NO CONTACT from anyone. I called and talked to the ONLY person at Easton who seems to care, BRANDON, an am now waiting on him to find out where my pad is. Read moreIf I could give negative stars I would. I bought a bed several months ago the original process went smooth, it was supposed to be deferred interest for 12 months. I got my first bill it had interest on it Todd contacted corporate and got everything handled and then said 1-2 billing cycles everything should be resolved. It now has been an additional 2 billing cycles and I’m still receiving interest on this supposed 12 months deferred interest. I’ve been a long time sleep number customer and this experience is making me question if I want to switch companies for now on. I am also going to be filing a complaint with the BBB. I tried to get help from the store manager and she just kept referring me to corporate saying there is nothing they can do. I feel lied to and hurt that a company I trusted has treated me this way and gave me such a run around. But the corporate office I was treated so poorly. It was so un organized I kept getting the runaround. I was back and forth on the phone with the corporate office. cause Almost 3 hours and None of the information that I was giving was the same from csr to csr and I was hung up on by a rep named gary but you would think the corporate office would treat you excellent or at least better then the physical store but boy was I wrong people are spending thousands of dollars for a bed And the corporate office should be making the customer feel happy about the purchase also standing by the sleep number brand , quality and service that it provides making it the best company to buy a bed from I don't ever want to deal with the corporate...
