I don't know what happened to this location in the past few months besides hiring a bunch of people that obviously don't know what's going on, but someone needs to hire new management and either train the workers, or hire workers that are competent altogether. The past few times I've been here I've had bad experiences. Sometimes it's long waits. Sometimes it's having to wait several minutes for steak, then being told the steak is ready, just to find out they ran out of steak again because they put it all on the persons order in front of me. Sometimes it's having to repeat what I want because the people on the line can't remember what color rice or what type of beans I wanted longer than 15 seconds after they asked. Sometimes its hard rice or rice thats been cooked too much and mushy. Sometimes it's having to remind them that I want double steak and chicken, and not half and half. Sometimes it's having to tell them 4 times that I would like the green salsa instead of the tomato as they are transferring a huge spoonful of it to the burrito and dumping it on. Sometimes it's telling them I want sour cream and extra cheese, then the person puts two huge spoonfuls of sour cream on the burrito and stares at me, apparently waiting for me to tell them I actually wanted extra cheese, not extra sour cream. Sometimes it's over cooked, burnt, tough chicken. Sometimes it's chewy fatty steak. Sometimes it's the fact that they split the tortilla so badly trying to wrap it that they can't even save it with a second tortilla. But honestly, normally it's a combination of most, if not all of those examples. The really sad thing is I drive 10 minutes to get to this location when there's one literally right across the street from where I live that's even worse! You'd think after all the food poisoning going around from their food and their stocks and profits dropping, they'd try harder to retain your customer base. Read moreUpdate: I’m a long-time fan of Chipotle, and I usually go out of my way—literally—to visit a location further from my home because the service at this particular one is consistently disappointing. Unfortunately, my recent visit was no exception.
The customer service was poor across the board. Every staff member seemed disinterested, like they didn’t want to be there. Their expressions and body language showed a lack of enthusiasm or basic courtesy. It wasn’t just toward me—it seemed like everyone, regardless of who they were, received the same cold, unwelcoming treatment.
The serving area was also noticeably unclean. There was food spilled all over the prep area, and ingredients were mixed together carelessly. I don’t like spicy food, and some spicy salsa had spilled and wasn’t cleaned up. My burrito ended up getting some of it on the tortilla just from being rolled in that area. I asked the server to be careful with the second burrito, which was for my daughter, and even though I made a polite request, she didn’t acknowledge it with a word—just gave a look that felt dismissive.
Overall, the experience left me feeling worse than when I walked in. I walked in with a good attitude, but left feeling frustrated, disappointed, and emotionally drained. I genuinely felt like I paid too much for a meal that came with such lackluster service and energy.
What bothers me even more is that I doubt I’m the only one who’s had this experience at this location. I wouldn’t be surprised if others have written similar reviews. If that’s the case, and Chipotle hasn’t addressed it, that speaks volumes about the company’s lack of accountability and follow-through.
This is the most convenient Chipotle location for me because it’s on my way home—but it’s consistently the worst. I try coming back every few months, hoping things will change, and they never do. I’m not happy at all, and it’s incredibly disappointing that nothing seems to be done about it.

We had a pick up time of 11:30, waited til 11:55 when it was finally ready. There were tacos that needed plain white rice. Since plain white rice is not an available option online I put it next to my name. We usually go to a different chipotle and they always do this request for us when they see it a part of the name. I told the girl, she went to the back and came back out and said that plain white rice is not an option for online. I said I knew and that’s why I had it in the name. The girl went to the back for a second time, came out with a manager 5 minutes later who told me they do not do special requests and there was a reason it wasn’t an option for online orders. I told her I usually go to a different location and they do it so I didn’t know they don’t do that and asked if they could just remake them. This manager got so rude with me, told me I could call customer service for a refund but that if I wanted new tacos I would have to wait in the line and PAY FOR THEM! I said that was really bad customer service and could she please just remake them real quick with just chicken and cheese. She said no. I said so I just don’t get lunch today? She said if I wanted them remade I needed to stand in the line and pay for them, that I could call customer service, told me about the other special requests they get that they don’t honor, told me again I could call customer service for a refund but she will not be remaking them.
