SEVEN WORDS: INTIMATE, CLASSY SURROUNDINGS / FANTASTIC JAPANESE FUSION TASTE. . When you First Enter Kisho, the Restaurant is Meek but Well-Appointed. The Gray Vinyl-Paneled Flooris Insrantly Charming; the Bistro-Style Future is Clean and Inviting. There are a Row of Booths that are Closer to Trendy than Gauche. Overall, you just feel Glad to be in a Restaurant that Invites you to Sit and Stay for a While. . We ordered Crab Rangoon and asyeamed Dumplings to Start. Both Appetizers came with enough to Stand as Side Dishes on their own for even a Group of Four. The Rangoon'sFilling was a Standard Sweetened Cream Cheese and the Wrap was Crisp like a Savory Pie Crust. Very Good. The Dumplings were Run-of-tge-Mill, but the Seeving was Also very big and Filling. . For our Main Entree, we Split an Order of Kung p ao Chucken and it was a Step Above Standard, with an Accent on some heat and stir-fried Cashews. This Swrving alone was Once Again Hearty, and if we had ordered two Entrees, we would've taken home more than we ate in the Restaurant. Very Filling. . For 1 Kung Pao, an order of dumplings and Crab Rangoon, as well as 2 Sidas, our Entire Bill only came to $40. . I cannot say enough about t Kisho. We are Excited to Return and try...
Read moreAfter tonight’s dinner I am confused. My husband and I ordered take out from here and were blown away. First time we ordered a huge order of sushi for two with perfectly cut sashimi, tasty sushi rolls, crab Rangoon and a few items for our boys that they were very happy with It too. Tonight, I felt like it was a completely different place. We ordered pick up and I picked a few different kinds of sashimi and sushi rolls ,soup and crab Rangoon and ordered a couple things for the boys. They ate and went to bed then we sat down. I didn’t get the Rangoon I ordered and payed for. Ok not a huge deal. Then inside my sashimi box was a warm Tempura sushi roll squished in with my raw fish. My sashimi mackerel was no jokes partially cooked. I told them my husband has a cucumber allergy, we had cucumber garnish inside the box with the warm sushi roll and the sashimi. The soup was great and the kids loved their shrimp fried rice. I was so looking forward to dinner but we definitely did not have the same experience this time around. I Would like to more or less draw Kissho’s attention to this. Please don’t put cold fish in with warm...

And look, I get that fish can smell fishy, but I've never had any of these cuts smell or taste this strongly anywhere else that I've ordered them.
My bar is pretty low for sushi, and this...
