Today, was an experience I would never forget. I’m not going relay the whole story but it was very disappointing and unprofessional experience. As our order was being taken, there was attitude, and she was also making negative comments under her breathe. I’m not sure if she was having a bad day but we just let it slide, the moment she decided to make a comment towards me as women; who owns a home and manages a business, calling my boyfriend and I children and just saying things that were uncalled for and unnecessary, when we showed no type of disrespect and never once raised our voice or even doubted her abilities to do her job. Our order was taken, but I decided to leave. Employees should never be disrespected by customers & Customers should never be disrespected by employees. Yesterday, 5/10, my daughter graduated from Columbus State with her Associate in Science. Afterward the ceremony, she wanted a good burger & awesome fries. Whatelse 5 Guys! Now keep in mind she had on her graduation robe, the 2 guys there were friendly sorta, but not observant. My burger was just as I ordered, which is always slightly weird 😀. Those that go to 5 guys know the fries makes going & spending the $$$. Not expecting any Congrats from employees, but expecting the greatest fries...BOTH, were disappointing. We ordered 2 small fries & did not get them in separate bags, the fries were far from crispy nor did we get the 'bag dump'.
