I expected better from this location given the fact that they're not as busy as other white castles in town after midnight. I work with various food delivery companies and got the pleasure of having an order at this location which was a breath of fresh air because I normally have to sit in line over 10 mins just to get to my customers food this one I should of just got in and out the only problem was that it looked as if they didn't have much experience with food delivery apps and they also were in a rush to get me out..I had two different orders nothing over-the-top. but when they handed me my customers food they didn't bother labeling anything they weren't even aware which belong to who and they honestly just guessed leaving me to believe that one of my customers only ordered a soda... and when I tried to verify the order just to make sure I wasn't about to hand my customers the wrong order the lady at the window told me that they didn't order what I tried to verify with her at this point i was under the impression they gave me someone elses food by mistake. But she insisted that I was wrong even when i wasn't placing blame i just wanted to simply verify what was already bagged and sealed. But yet again the woman at the window insisted that everything was correct in that order and that her and her colleague knew what they were doing I had to politely let her know that doesn't matter if they think they know what they're doing it's my job to verify if the food is correct. In the end i just had to take a chance and hope that the unlabeled food i picked up was my customers. Because i couldnt get anyone to properly verify ait was obvious the woman at the window had no experience with food apps or how to use her monitor.. my advice to this location is if you guys are going to be taking Uber Eats or doordash or GrubHub orders please verify label the bags and have the receipt sticking on it so that none of your employees egos get bruised because this was probably the most unprofessional uncalled for interaction I've ever had to have with a...
Read morePlaced order online, waited 20 minutes to pickup food. Got in line at the drive thru, was told to pull forward, then told to pull up to the second window as my food wasn't ready. Within my order, I ordered a drink which you normally receive at the first window but I didn't. So I pulled up to the second window, waited for an additional 30 minutes and watched at least 4 other customers being severed behind me but somehow my order still isn't ready. Caught someone's attention inside, asked for the manager. When the manager came to the window, I asked why the long wait and I was told they are waiting on my fries??? I told them that's not possible and you've served 4 other customers, and none of them ordered fries?? Asked for a full refund of $25.99 and gave the manager my debit card. She was gone from the window for a few minutes, returned with my card and receipt then told me my money would be refunded within 5 - 7 business days. It's now December 9th 2020 almost a month later and still no refund. I've called the store multiple times, spoke with a gentleman there and he's told me that he left messages for the store manager, but I've yet to receive any communications back. I've contacted cooperate, but they will only take a summary of the issue and give it to the leadership for me to wait even longer. Please just give me my money back!!! Well, if you was I, and you tasted them, you would know I was bummed when I got to the window and the Pleasant cheery person Ms Brenda on the other end politely said we don't have them anymore. My thought was to just leave and go to Wendy's or Burger King. However, the pleasantry of Miss Brenda's customer service voice had me stay and think about what else I could buy. She suggested waffles and then she gave me a rundown of the breakfast menu. And I thank her for being patient with me because the menu looked foreign to me; however, I did choose the waffle bacon and cheese meal. Everything was perfection it came with the waffle bacon and cheese sandwich the hash browns which were nice and crunchy and the coffee is always delicious and delightful, one of the best in the business. So to conclude, this review I have to say that Miss Brenda's upbeat cheery knowledge of the menu as well as wanting to help and serve a customer was fabulous outstanding and phenomenal five star 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟services helped me with my breakfast this morning.
