Chopstick — Restaurant in Columbus

I’ve loved this place for a long time...the food is decent and delivery a huge plus. However...I’ve ordered the same mixed vegetable stir fry the last 5 times with NO green peppers and every time, it has green peppers. I call to tell the restaurant, they offer to comp it next time I order. Great, or so I thought. Then I order again, and again green peppers. I call, they comp, and next time...GREEN PEPPERS! So on, and so on. Crazy! I know at some point that makes me the insane person to expect a different outcome...but gave the benefit of the doubt. Tonight I called to inform them that once again there were green peppers and was basically called a liar. I hear the poor kid who answered my call being yelled at by the chef, both of them insisting there were no peppers. If the chef didn’t do it then where’d they come from?! I don’t even want another free meal at this point. Which is a shame because not many places deliver to my neighborhood. I’m not sure what would need to happen for me to patronize this restaurant again. BEWARE anyone with allergies there is a solid chance your order will not be made the way...

If I could give a zero star I would. Ordered here for awhile and had zero issues. Ordered here last night and things were very different. Our egg rolls tasted like cinnamon and we couldn't even finish them. We ordered two orders of beef and broccoli (they sent us chicken and broccoli) called and told them it was wrong. 30mins later they sent us our correct food. Again tasted very different than how it's ever tasted, so Again didn't finish our order. By the time 10pm that night we are both pooping our brains our and vomiting. So bad we couldn't go into work today. Come to find out. We both have food poisoning. Over 30+ dollars of food wasted. And they want a doctor's note to get the refund..... Fast forward to now she called me back as I was writing this review saying that the only way we get our refund is to come pick...

Starting to feel like theyre serving leftover food. Huge clumps of mushy rice (rice taste like a plastic container somewhat). Sweet and sour chicken these last couple times are either overcooked or old. Dry and chewy. Also couple months back a friend of mine ordered and got us both an order of crab ragoon. Nothing but cream cheese and onions. We kept both orders and called and complain and i was told there was little to no crab in it. We tried to give it back to get the money back but they refused. They mess up orders sometimes fine but they NEVER replace it. Just give you discounts to ensure you order again to use it. Last yime ordering was last night. Food doesn't satisfy me at...
