My and my husband went in today. At checkout, this old woman cashier named Karen asked us if we wanted to open up a credit card. We said no, and she asked again very pushy, despite us telling her no already. She then asks us if we wanted donate to Saint Jude, and we declined. Apparently saying no to that made her see us as greedy and not worthy respect, because she looked us up and down, scoffed, and started being extremely cold and rude. She looked away from us and was being snappy, then at the end of the transaction, we said have a good day (Not her), and she, again, looked us up and down, looked away, and went "Uh huh". Like lady, we don't want to donate a dollar right now or open up a credit card. It was judgmental and very unprofessional. I felt like I was in a sitcom with how ridiculous it was lol. If the manager of this Homegoods sees this, please talk with her. We want to feel welcomed, not bullied into donating...

I had the most irritating visit to homegoods today. There was one cashier working when I first got in line to check out. She was doing her absolute best and I wondered why no one was coming to help her? Another girl(JENNY) came up to open a register and the lady in front of me asked if she was opening, the worker IGNORED HER, so she did not go to her register. I walked over and this girl was Beyond unpleasant. She did not speak one time (I tried to speak twice). She was being rough with my glass plates I was trying to purchase, clanking them together and shoving them all in one bag. She did not ask me if I wanted a receipt or anything. She truly needs to be somewhere else besides retail. Awful. I would’ve rather waited In line for the nice cashier than coming into contact with...

I like the variety of items they have and quality is pretty good. But everytime I go theres only 1 person working the register, it takes a while just to get through that line. I went yesterday and spent over 10 minutes waiting then the cashier was very pushy about the credit card.
