Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Columbus

This is the worst dominos I’ve ever encountered. I ordered one pizza for delivery at 7:30PM- I also only live 5 minutes from this dominos. My order did not arrive until 10PM and it was incorrect. I called the store at around 9 and expressed concerns that it had been an hour and a half and my order had been finished for an hour according to the tracker. The lady assured me that she made my order and that it was coming and that her only delivery driver was out with my pizza. After waiting another hour and watching the delivery driver literally circle my apartment delivery to other places (I’m assuming?), the driver left the pizza on porch and ran away. The driver did not knock or ring my door bell. When I got my pizza, it was cold. I had ordered a medium pizza- half with pepperoni and half with ham and pineapple. The pizza had pepperoni and ham on one side and ONLY pineapples on the other. I filed a complaint and received a free medium pizza, but I would rather starve than ever try to eat at this dominos again. Honestly, this has ruined my perspective on dominos in general. Honestly I’ve have had no issues, we’ve been ordering from this place for years now until tonight. I placed a delivery order of $27.60 including a $4.60 tip at roughly 9:38pm, at 9:47pm I get a call back from a girl saying there’s no delivery driver that she can either cancel the order or I can pick it up because they close at MIDNIGHT. I told her I don’t have a way of picking it up that I would check in with my husband to see if he can get it and after hanging up with her she went ahead and cancelled it, fine. Now that I know they close at midnight and it’s only pick up I told my husband who was on the way. Placed the second order at 10:55pm and within a minute the same girl calls me saying “I need to cancel your order sorry I can’t make it and hangs up”. Obviously I need a reason so I call back. Now she picks up the phone saying “it’s closed” and apparently she’s the only one there and she just cannot make the order. If you don’t have a delivery driver for the night then why is your delivery option available ? Second, why mention you’re open until midnight several times but within minutes of canceling my second order now you’re closed. I expect a full refund for my first order because I only got one for the order before tip and yes I expect my $4.60 back...

Moe really surprised me with his customer hospitality tonight. Every other time I order through Dominos my delivery never gets delivered when I select Delivery on the website. Half the time our order never gets delivered and I never get a notification... The app sends me to Hamilton rd, I live 3 miles away, but half the time “they don’t deliver this far”, half the time I get my order but if I don’t after an hour I call and it’s been sitting in a hot window ready for delivery then gets delivered... I get old cold pizza. So tonight I hear why after an hour after I called asking about progress of my order. Then after our order sat in the hot window 49 minutes I called and and said he’d get it delivered... 1.5 hour old pizza, yay! Moe then explained I need to place the order online under the “delivery” icon and then to call to get it delivered and pay over the phone. Obviously there’s an error in the system but that could have saved me countless cold pizzas delivered to my house. My partner loves Donatos and I love Dominos but I think we’ll be going with them given we get a hot pizza at our door under an...
