DON'T go here!!! GO TO CAFFÈ DAVINCI IN UPPER ARLINGTON, INSTEAD!! CAFFÈ DAVINCI IS ALWAYS OPEN WHEN THEY SAY THEY'RE OPEN, AND THEY ARE ALSO A FAMILY OWNED BUSINESS TOO!! AND CAFFÈ DAVINCI IS HIGH QUALITY AUTHENTIC ITALIAN FOOD AND THE OWNERS OF CAFFÈ DAVINCI ARE GOOD PEOPLE!!

The OLDER WOMAN HERE THOUGH AT ENRICO'S IS MEAN AND NASTY. SHE IS THE OWNER'S DAUGHTER AND THE FACE OF ENRICO'S. ENRICO'S IS A FAMILY owned business, BUT they use it as an EXCUSE to CLOSE when THEY FEEL LIKE IT. The WEBSITE says they're OPEN UNTIL 9, but they AREN'T EVEN OPEN UNTIL 8:30. The LAST time THIS HAPPENED, they weren't even open for carryout EVEN THOUGH THERE WAS A COUPLE DINING IN WHO HAD CLEARLY JUST GOTTEN THEIR FOOD SO THEY WERE GOING TO BE THERE FOR AWHILE. DROVE ALL THE WAY THERE for dinner ON 7/31/25 as a REGULAR CUSTOMER of MANY YEARS, and they REFUSED MY SERVICE AGAIN, AND IT WASN'T EVEN 8:30. THE PRUNE TOLD ME THAT I NEED TO CALL AHEAD FROM NOW ON BECAUSE THEY STOP SERVICE ONCE THE DINING ROOM IS EMPTY, REGARDLESS OF THE TIME OR WHAT HOURS ARE POSTED ONLINE. SHE WAS SO HATEFUL AND RUDE ABOUT IT. ABSOLUTELY NO CONSIDERATION WHATSOEVER. A COMPLETE WASTE of GASOLINE and TIME to drive there. I usually eat here alone, but the last time they did this, I brought a good friend of mine, FIRST time SHE had ever BEEN to Enrico's. She WON'T be back either. I always got the spaghetti, the pizza isn't good. I'M REPORTING...

RUDE RUDE RUDE. Picked up an order that the older lady clearly knew was wrong as she walked with our order slip all around the kitchen showing people and talking in low tones. All the while the pizza was on top of the oven. She took the pizza down and looked at it over by the oven as if to verify it was wrong. And then proceeds to check me out. I go to the car and inspect the pizza. We ordered sausage and it clearly was bacon. Took the pizza back in and she tried to convince me that their sausage looked like bacon. I didn’t want a fight so left and went home. My wife decided to call and find out what happened. The old lady was rude as soon as she got on the phone. Proceeded to berate us raising her voice as she went. Unprofessional!! I can only imagine what the patrons in the restaurant thought. She basically told us she didn’t care we were clearly unhappy with the pizza. All we wanted was for her to admit it was bacon and not sausage and she would not. We didn’t want a refund NEVER giving them my money again. Everyone I know will hear my bad experience with them. Customer experience like that will put them out of business. ...

We all choose where to spend our time and money, but the owners and staff of Enrico's act as if they are entitled to our business just because they have good pizza. We will no longer go to this restaurant after our recent experience. We (two of us) choose to eat there and upon our arrival were second in line to be seated. There were 2 waitresses working the very small seating area, and they waited over 20 minutes to clear 3 empty tables, despite a line that was nearly out the door. When they came to the line to seat people at those now empty and cleared tables, they asked how many were in each party, but still did not seat anyone. The older of the two waitresses acted so arrogant and careless that we decided to leave 10 minutes later. We will spend our time and money at establishments that respect their customers and appreciate that we choose to eat there. Do yourself a favor and don't reward this arrogant, selfish and entitled restaurant staff with your valuable time and hard earned money. See other ratings - most agree...

This is the best pizza I've had in a long, long time, and the service was wonderful. Everyone who works here is a class act and you can honestly taste every ingredient and how much thought they put into their pizzas. It's not just nameless red liquid, it's handmade pizza sauce. It's not just the frozen crumbled sausage you normally find on pizzas, it's hand-cut sausage off a link. It's not just "cheese product", it's got mozzarella, parmesan, romano, and you can taste it ALL and they do NOT skimp on it. The crust is fluffy, but not too floppy and not too thick. They also have one of the largest drink selections I've seen at any restaurant that doesn't have a bar, with many types of beer and both Coke and Pepsi products, so there's no need to worry whether they have your favorite drink or not! Odds are they do! The environment inside is also chill and relaxed. Honestly, the only bad thing that I can think of is that I actually can't go to any other pizza places now, Enrico's ruined them for me inside and out, haha!

Heard a lot about and decided to try even though all the way on the other side of town. I was there with 2 companions. Nice selection of soft drinks coke and Pepsi products which are served in a can with a glass of ice. I ordered a Bambino (7”) mushroom and my companions ordered a medium sausage and pep. The pizza didn’t do it for me but just because it was t my style doesn’t mean it’s a bad pizza. My pizza came pie cut which I prefer. Thin and crunchy. I prefer thicker softer and doughier. Cheesy . What sauce I could taste be each the cheese wasn’t sweet - which was another positive for me. My companions said that the sausage and pep had no taste. One didn’t even want to take the leftovers home. Again a lot of people have rated this place very high - personal taste. Service was good but server not very personable. Also on the menu were salads, subs and homemade pasta dishes.. I’m glad we ventured out to try . If you’re in the area definitely check it out .

When we first walked in i was hit with a feeling of nostalgia as it reminded me so much of Ana Maria's Pizza in our small hometown in the 80s.. off to a great start! The waitress was friendly and fun to talk to... she is a part of the family of this family restaurant.... The food was great! Obviously all of it was homemade and there was a lot of flavor. We got the gnocchi, a cheese pizza and the kids spaghetti and we truly enjoyed all of the food! Only complaint is that it is slightly pricey- but it's all homemade... 50$ for what we got plus a soda and milk :). The salad was underwhelming but the sauce was wonderful! We are here for a few more days and already plan to come back one more time :) When we arrived - just after 5 pm there were only a few tables full, within 30 minutes, the rest of the room was full.
