I typically do not bother to give negative reviews but this Chipotle definitely earned a one star. Recently I have had one too many bad experiences at this particular Chipotle. I do want to start by saying that the times I have been here there have been adequate number of staffing. This makes it even more unfortunate that they have so many issues. The wait times and the amount of times they get your order wrong is ridiculous. They had accidentally charged me an extra side of guac and when I went to go ask for the refund of that guac they instead offered me another side of guac. When I confirmed that I wanted the refund, I was given the impression that it was a hassle and inconvenience to do such a thing. This last visit, however, was the nail in the coffin. I placed an online order (something I've done many times) under my name. I did this to avoid any confusion about my order and to avoid a long wait again. My boyfriend went to pick it up. He went up to the counter and had to wait for them to finish checking out three other people that did not order online (so much for no lines for online ordering). He said he needed to pick up an order under my name. The girl at the counter said there was no order with that name. Mind you my order was suppose to be ready at 7:15 and my boyfriend got there at 7:20ish. He then had to wait as they tried figuring out what happened to my order. He asked a second time and they were still trying to figure it out. No one would confirm if they even had the order. I sent him a screenshot of my online receipt to show to the staff. A man that came in long after him was able to pick up an online order. However, they carelessly gave him an incorrect order which my boyfriend chimed in to see if it was our order. He showed the staff the screenshot and they were finally able to track it down after 30 MINUTES it was suppose to be ready. It turned out that they did not put the online print out receipt on the bag like they're suppose to and they misspelled my name so that's why they weren't able to track my order down. Chipotle food is only really good when it's fresh and hot. Not when it's 30 minutes old. They did not even offer to remake the order. The staff at this location exhibited nothing but careless. This caused a pure inconvenience and frustration. Online ordering is done to skip the wait and hurry the process. I did not experience this at this location. I will be making the few extra minutes drive down to Bethel to receive better service. I hope the management at this Sawmill location can...
Read moreFood was okay but the service, on this particular day, was beyond deplorable. My wife was served by a kid you could see was his first rodeo: was kinda nervious and didn't know the correct portions. No biggie but he ended up overfilling the burrito so it wouldn't close. I got served by a kid who pretty obviously didn't want to be there and made sure I was aware of it. Didn't look at me, didn't acknowledge me, just stood there looking down at the counter waiting for me to order. I ordered a "Quesarita" (don't know the spelling--it's not on the menu) and I don't think he knew how to make it since he just started making my wrap. Wife's wrap didn't close so my guy goes back to help the kid by dumping everything onto a new wrap, compressing it with his hand making a hell of a mess but the new wrap now closed. Guy comes back and I asked for added cilantro inside mine and he puts it in a cup to go. At this point I turn and complain to my wife but she calms me down. One of the wraps wasn't completely wrapped in aluminum and spilled inside the carry out bag. The cashier did not want to be involved in any of it and gave us the half-glazed look of "just pay and leave already". Food came out tasting okay. A Quesarita is a regular burrito wrapped with a quesadilla so they make that first and then use it as a tortilla to make the burrito. Pretty darn tasty but takes a bit of time to make so I don't order it if...
Read moreOut of every place I've eaten somehow Chipotle and especially this one has the dumbest workers and unenergetic atmospheres. I get it that their job is in fast food and it's difficult but the employees just look soulless and like they never were trained on how to scoop rice and chicken. The food is hit or miss but there is always a nasty piece of chicken or something disgusting in the meal or just messy and sloppy bowls or burritos, I would suggest going to another one but the problem is there will be a group of teenagers that are just as unhelpful as the last group. As I mentioned fast food employees often have a difficult time and are very young but most employees at other businesses the same age are way more helpful and at least attempt to try and look like there in it. One of the last things I'm going to mention is how they are always out of multiple items and its usually not just a fast replacement they are missing entire tubs of rice and chicken or no chips, I only seem to run into this problem at this chipotle but my overall message about any chipotle is that it's not worth it even if you are in a rush just go to a real restaurant or a different fast food place, I would give negative stars for the employees and the consistency of the food...
