Very disappointed with the service and the cupcakes. I ordered 70 cupcakes for my 70th bornday. They were to be delivered to the venue where my party was going to be. I ordered them on a Monday to be delivered on Friday morning @10a. I arrived at the location around 9:45a and the van was already there. The driver asked if he could set the cupcakes on the bench in front of the establishment, because he had other deliveries to make š³. Dud I had paid to have them delivered.Totally unacceptable. I went on Monday to Gigiās to let them know of my displeasure. 1st question, was the driver tall or short?š³, the drivers do not set up the cupcakes ,( did not want him to setup party wasnāt until 7p )and we donāt usually deliver- should have told me that on Monday and not charge me a delivery fee, oh in the order was cheesecake cupcakes (setting on the bench in Columbus weather). Then I was offered extra loyalty points (no thank you). And oh the cupcakes were rather heavy not very good. Do not recommend Gigiās, wonāt ever use them again. Disappointed customer....

So the girl never thought to check the phone numbers, email or anything. Mind you my husband went in there twice. My name is Erin Patrick Armstrong so she told him there was no order. We live 45 minutes away and they acted like it was a problem weād made. Why should we have had to come there 3 times. The girl never did her due diligence by checking the phone number on the order or the email. Then when the girl spoke to the Owner the girl called me back and stated the owner wouldnāt refund or do anything for the inconvenience as if driving 90mins is okay for some cupcakes. I will never order from them again. Ps. Seeing I canāt comment to your reply my husband did come in there twice. You might want to watch the video back seeing your staff is lying. No one is going to have the same phone number or email as well as address used for the order. They didnāt care and your comment clearly shows you...

She took down my phone number and my email, she told me i would receive a phone call to go over everything and then they can set up payment or whatever. A lady named Jennifer reached out via email, i responded then i didnāt get any other email notifications, not sure why she didnāt call when she had my contact info. She ended up calling me to tell me they could not make my daughters cake! She was extremely rude and would not let me talk! She kept interrupting me yelling and telling me to let her talk! That is no way to speak with a customer! Gigis as a whole has lost my business, my friends , and family's business as well.
