We were ordering bubble tea yesterday through their app and realized it was at a wrong location. We called them right away to let them know and asked to cancel our order. They said the order has been made and there’s nothing they can do. My sister was so nice. She was like ok, thanks and hung up the phone. I told her to call one more time to explain that we’re on 270 heading toward the sawmill location. We live in Sunbury, OSU location is way too far for us, but they still won’t refund our money. The irony part is that we called them right away, probably under 1 min after the order being placed. The order was placed at 3:32pm. We called at 3:33pm &3:34pm. As you can see the pictures below. They made my drink and it was wrong! They refused to remake it or provide me with the missing black tea I asked for so I could mix it in myself. It’s out of my character to challenge restaurant employees but given the awful experience I wanted to take a stand. I asked for a written refund policy. It was no where to be found on their receipt or store & the website they directed me to didn’t have it either.
