I ordered 2 - Filet O Fish sandwiches and 2 Medium Fries, the person practically threw the bag out the window and slammed it shut. As I pulled away I thought the bag felt really light for what I had ordered. When I looked in the bag they had only given me 1 Medium Fry and that was it. I was literally missing 2 Filet O Fish Sandwiches and a Medium Fry. So I drove back through the Drive Thru no one answered at the speaker, so I pulled to the window and blew my horn to get someones attention. A worker looked right at me and went on their way. So I called the store phone number and was rudely greeted, and when I explained that they didn't give me 75 percent of my order. I was literally told "Sorry about your luck" and the person hung up. I sat there for a few more minutes and never could get anyone to come to the window. The following morning on July 27th, I called the store again to see if I could speak to someone different and was told it wasn't there problem, I should have come back when I noticed I was missing food. I told them that was exactly what I did, I didn't even leave the parking lot, I turned around and they said there is nothing they can do. Read moreBrandi Craven EXACTLY, lady at 2nd window that wears big hat and strong accent ALWAYS has an attitude every single time I go, they ask you what sauce you want for nuggets you get to window she says rudely I already put in bag and closes window and stares at me while I'm trying to get her to come back because she gave me wrong sauce and she just sits there yelling back at me with the window closed, finally comes and yells I already put them in the bag what did you get, I say sweet and sour and ranch and still with attitude says yea I put those in and I say no this is barbecue I didnt order barbecue she yells I KNOW i just put it in there lol and rambling and rambling talking fast as hell cant hardly understand her. Im very patient and understandable, mistakes are made and it is just sauce not that big of a deal at All, BUT it is LITERALLY EVERY SINGLE time i go its like the 40th time and always the same thing with her having an attitude, yelling and talking down to the customers. Read moreThe quality of this location has been falling rapidly over the past few months. The weekday morning older staff are perfect, punctual and friendly. However the evening and weekend younger staff are so bad to the point where I do not want to go back. A few days ago I had stopped by for the pumpkin drink via a mobile order, after sitting for 20 minutes, we decided we had enough and went through the line to see what was taking so long. They had informed us that the machine was broke. I was so mad that someone did not come out and say something. I did get a refund though.
Now, yesterday was a disaster. After ordering and rolling up to the 1st window, I had to ask twice for my total while dodging the worker just trying to take the card. I don't need any special greeting but I want to make sure I'm not paying for the wrong order. Next we pulled up to the 2nd window. I shouldn't even tell you what happened, just go look at the camera of the 2nd window starting at 5:50pm 09/27/2022. To sum it up, the young girl handed us our drink, dropped the straw, SAW IT happen, then just shut the window. She then took selfies and threw up the middle finger in them.
