Good Food, Great Prices.
Ate there today 6 March 2020! Had a steak egg and cheese bagel, hash brown, orange juice, and small French Vanilla Coffee! All delicious and tasty; delivered to our table! It was magnificent! Only drawback was the ketchup dispenser was out of product? Could have gotten some packets and was even asked if I wanted some! But, by that time, I had already devoured the hash brown! The restaurant was clean and look very presentable! The cashier was very pleasant! She appeared to be management possibly, because she was not in the typical McDonald's uniform? They just recently remodeled this location! Looks spectacular! The view from the inside looking out is not really of great ambience! Construction on one side; South High Street on the other? But the expansive windows lend towards openness! Great patronage there too! There was Frank... Waiting for his doctor appointment, and Jess and Joe! The double J brothers! Seemed like the location was their regular haunt? I do wish that the name tags of the staff were conspicuously displayed? They could have made their way into this review? Will have to suffice for the description I aforementioned! There was one older lady crew person. I have seen her there on most every occasion I have visited! She is a wonder! She is always busy doing something to better the appearance and atmosphere of the restaurant! She also is readily able to converse if you want! So if you see me in a Marine or a military hat with my camera in full swing. It's me!
Visited on June 5th. Was able to enter lobby and order. Unable to dine in due to COVID-19. Ordered 2 breakfast 🌯, medium OJ and small coffee. Dean and Dorsen uü78 that day.. Service was quick and efficient. Did however get sugar instead of sweet-n-low. But it's all good..
Visited on June 26th. Was great.. Basic Drive-thru encounter.. Nothing special..
Visited on July 3rd.. Was great.. Was able to order from inside as carryout.. Kai.. Was cashier.. Very friendly and personable.. Expediter was Shawna.. Asked for drink tray from her.. She was very polite.. The breakfast burrito was awesome.. Fresh and hot.. The hash brown was fresh.. Not greasy.. The orange juice fresh and cold.. The mocha cap on point.. Please keep up the good work..

Read moreUpdate: Well, I just attempted to use McDonald's new online ordering. All I have to say is DO NOT attempt to use it at this McDonald's! They have absolutely no clue of what is going on! I know it is new, but it is not that new! I actually went through the drive-thru & attempted to tell the lady that I had a code from the Online Ordering to get my food & she told me I was doing it the wrong way. So it was early in the morning&didn't want to hold up the severely long drive - thru, so I did get out of the line and I went into the store. Where at this point I was actually told yet again by be Beth same obnoxious woman that I was doing the wrong thing and should have stayed in the Drive-Thru and I told her that she told me I was doing the wrong thing and she went on to tell me how she never told me that! Lol Of course you didn't! So then after all that, she comes back up me with my food and says it's $7 and I told her that I had already paid. With her best sarcastic voice she said, "Can you prove that?" To cking, my bank sends me emails for every purchase I make and I whipped it open and said Yes I sure can! She again finally comes back with a receipt trying to tell me why she didn't know I had paid. Honestly, at this point, I Did Not Care! Anyway, this was the BIGGEST pain in the A*!! I would almost try it at any other McDonald's besides at this ridiculous store because this is the one that cannot ever do anything or very anything right! Get with the times people! Abs if your people aren't trained on something that you are offering... Don't offer it! And I knew better than to try this at this store, I really did, but I thought I'd give them the benefit of the doubt and they proved just like they always do that they cannot even handle it! Way to Go McDonald's👍
I really don't have any complaints about this particular McDonald's. My order has always been right and I usually have my kids so I'm taking things off & making things plain.
Idk but you can't beat their 4 cheeseburgers + 4 sm. French fries & 4 sm. Drinks for $5.00!! This is great for a single mom to treat her kids...
Read moreI would not even send my enemies here. Very poor customer service skills. They were taking orders in the drive thru out of order (I e. Took two car orders at one window before even getting to our lane). The person taking our order talked more than listened so it complicated us giving them our order because they continued talking over us. Once at the window to pick up our food they handed out food out first which wasn't an issue, but said nothing as to waiting on our drinks (2 frappe's and 2 bottles of water). While still waiting on the frappes I tried to get their attention to ask about the bottles of water and was given the "one minute" finger and then promptly ignored. Now, it is not their fault my youngest was not feeling well and desperately needed a drink of water, but when the young lady finally opened the window to pass out our frappes I asked about our waters, explaining that my daughter needed water to keep from throwing up. She again gave me the "one minute" finger and turned away. After filling a couple drinks she turned back around and passed out a small cup with ice water, at which time I showed her my receipt (again) and asked about our bottles of water. She looked so confused about what I was asking and closed the window, turning around to ask someone else. She then reopened the window and tried handing me another small cup of ice water and for the third time I showed her my receipt and politely asked if I was going to get the two bottles of water and she stared at me for a full ten seconds before slowly grabbing one bottle and passing it to me and then just as slowly passing me the second bottle. All while not saying a word to me. Maybe if she did not have her airpods in she would have been able to concentrate more on her job and listening to what the customer was trying so hard to politely ask for. We've had better service at a McDonald's in Whitehall that stole our credit card info years...
