Poke Bros. — Restaurant in Columbus

I have loved Poke Bros when I have been at other locations, so I was excited when they opened in Gahanna near my work. But when I placed a pickup order and got back to the office to eat, I discovered they had not included the sauce or the fish I had ordered, and given me the wrong rice. When I called, it was nearly impossible to hear the person who answered the phone becuase of the severe buzzing on their end; when I finally spoke to the manager there was no apology, or offer to make it right; i was asked to wait on the line while they contacted their supervisor. 20 minutes later I hung up with no resolution and without the $22 meal I had ordered and paid for. I will not be back.

This bowl was absolutely everything. I had a good amount of veggies in there with spicy tuna/spicy salmon, sesame seeds, panko flakes and a splash of both panko and Sriracha aioli. YUM! All your bowls come with a complimentary bowl of miso soup as well... I literally enjoyed everything about this place. There usually is never a big wait (not sure why) regardless, it benefits me. Service is always top tier and this specific time. We had our lil ones with us and they allowed them to eat a different establishments food while we enjoyed our bowls in peace. I just love this place, plan on going...

Absolutely love this place! The poke bowls are fresh, delicious, and full of flavor. One thing I really appreciate is the free soup they offer - the staff always shares it with a smile, and it adds such a nice, homey touch.

There’s a lovely woman who works there - she seems to be of Asian background - and she’s always incredibly kind and helpful, even when there’s a language barrier. Also, there’s a super friendly gentleman (Black, I believe) who brings great energy and always makes you feel welcome. The whole team creates a warm, respectful, and positive vibe that keeps me coming back....
