This morning was my last straw. There’s a Spanish-speaking woman who I believe is either the team lead or manager with broken English, and she’s absolutely unbearable. Today, a new girl was at the drive-thru register. It was raining, and she placed my drink with an open lid directly under water dripping from the roof, then handed it to me with a smirk. I couldn’t get it remade, and she didn’t even bother to apologize.
I’ve been coming here for on and off for a year, only because it’s the closest location on my way to work. But the morning shift is consistently terrible. The issues are not one time thing, sometimes they’re just closed even though the website says they’re open, I’ve received food with actual bite marks and eggshells in the sandwiches. The staff ignore customers and let people stand around without so much as a greeting or acknowledgment.
The only reason I kept returning was because of one Black man who deserves a better atmosphere. He was upbeat, kind, funny, professional, got orders right, and was the only one who consistently gave good service. Now that he’s gone, I’m done too.
The service here is disgusting, and the woman running it is rude beyond belief. I’d bet a million dollars that the only positive reviews are from one-time visitors or people coming during other shifts because the morning crew is a disaster. Read moreYesterday, I went through the drive thru around 11 am. Fast service and friendly staff. The medium white hot chocolate and a toasted multi grain bagel with strawberry cream cheese were as I ordered and as expected. I'd rate this visit 4 stars. However....
Two of the three other times I've gone to this location over the past 4 - 5 months, I've ordered their cafe mocha, which used to be my favorite drink there for years. It was 2.5 stars at best. Very weak tasting, like it was made with a powdered mix and they used maybe half as much as they should have. The other one of the three times I went in for a birthday treat for my son with my family (six of us total) and we ordered a dozen donuts and several drinks which were all very good. The gentleman who waited on us was not only very nice, but very patient while each of us in our group decided on two donuts each of the dozen. I'd give this visit 5 stars.
Also, I've met up with people for small group meetings three or four times a year at this location and the service is always good and the location clean.
Overall, I'd give this location 4 stars as long as you don't order the cafe mocha (and, lesson learned, always try your drink before...

After every item I order, I am met with "is that all?" before I can even finish naming an item, basically yelling over me while I'm trying to order. They act as if you are bothering them. I'm all for quick service but not when it comes to the point where employees are rushing orders and yelling at customers. No wonder the orders are so frequently incorrect! "Is that all? Is that all?" NO! IT'S NOT ALL! I'D LIKE A COFFEE WITH MY SANDWICH IF THAT'S OKAY! I mean, how dare I come here, thinking of ordering breakfast! It doesn't matter if I'm ordering one, two or even three items; these employees act as if their store is on fire. Btw...make sure you know ahead of time what you want. Look it up online. They get extra mad if you look over the menu. You might even hear them gossiping about it amongst one another. Sometimes, customers like to try something new.
