On October 1, 2025 At 4 PM Jacob was the host I came to the drive-through to order a half dozen donuts and a 10 Doughnut bites I get to the window. The guy grabs my card. Charges my card then looks at me and tells me oh we can’t give you the order that you wanted so I said OK I can work with you. Then he asked me for my card back and I said why do you need to recharge my card back he said because there was a price difference, which meant it would’ve been a lower price because they weren’t giving me what I wanted and it was more. I told him you already charged my card. He said oh my boss fixed that the guy gives me the receipt I leave look at my bank account. The kid charged my account 17.67 and then another $17.17 So then I continued to call the Store nobody answered. I called today. I was explaining to a person on the phone. What happened next thing I know some guy answers the phone with an attitude. I said yeah you guys double charged my Card and your staff is very rude. the rude manager said well if you’re gonna grip at me, I’m just gonna hang up the phone. I said you go ahead and I will bring the cops up there and show them where you guys are double charging me refusing to pay me back and then telling me to drive up there The dude got mad because I told him his staff is rude and they lied to me and double charged me. It’s OK I will be contacting corporate, plus more you guys are gonna have to answer...
Read moreI rarely write reviews unless I have a great experience or an overly bad experience. Unfortunately, today was the second.
As I was getting gas at Sam’s Club, I watched a Krispy Kreme box truck just sit in the way of the drive-thru (if you’d like to follow up, look up video on Christmas Eve around 820-825am, you’ll see what I mean). As I pulled in after getting gas, this guy was asked to move by at least two people, but he just sat in his truck despite honking from many.
Finally he gets out to tell us he has to back up to the dumpster and the drive thru was closed until this happened. What was he doing for the 15 minutes besides blocking the space and making others drive all the way around to cut through the restaurant next door, I’m not sure.
So we all drive around him is apparently the answer during the morning rush. After I waited for my doughnuts (which, per usual what you order on the app isn’t available in the store after you’ve already paid and go to pick them up), I go back around the store and now his truck is mostly blocking the exit with not a person in sight. You then have to wait for the drive thru line to move to exit the lot. Just what I want to do after dealing with the previous.
Overall, food for whatever dice roll of doughnuts I get are almost always great 9/10. Delivery driver man 0/10 and drive thru accuracy vs...
Read moreI'll start with the good news. The donuts are excellent.
Their website is atrocious. When attempting to customize a dozen donuts, scrolling can initiate a page refresh, which removes all previous selections. Attempting to see all selections in the box will leave you with a close button that removes all selections. Instead of having options to view/hide selections, they give a nice 'Start Over' button for all the folks that like to start adding donuts and then remove them all, just in case the page refresh or box closing functionality didn't already empty your box for you.
As for the customer service, I attempted to go back to the store to claim some donuts that seemed to be erroneously put into the box by mistake. I was told that the baker didn't put the markings on the donut that denote the filling, and that I should go back home and have the person bite into them to see if it was just a case of missing markings... (Diesel isn't exactly cheap these days, but feel free to suggest I that I should break open every donut in the box to confirm what I'm getting every time I make a purchase, without offering any sort of compensation for your mistake that cost me additional money...)
The donuts are great, but they have room for improvement...
