I come here often, well I used to come often, its been less and less because the food quality is inconsistent depending on who is working I suppose. The older gentleman who was working was snarky and rude. His customer service skills most def needs to improve. And its like this EVERY time this man has took my order or I have had to interact with him. He seemed confused and i had to repeat what i said like 4 times. He seemed to not comprehend what i was saying. Literally the past THREE times i have come in to pick up my order, including today, the woman working there was all leaned on the table where the pizza is cut and boxed, like half her body laying on the table. Not once, not twice, but 3 times i have witnessed this, and on her phone talking loudly and on speaker phone too no less. I did not get the right sauce i ordered and my pizza was not cut all the way through, which is more than a mild inconvenience when you are on the go. I felt like i was inconviencing her just by picking up my order. She had to interupt her phone conversation to do her job. Come on Romeos I know you can do better than that. Read moreTypically had a good experience here until the last few months. The night of 07/23/23, whatever girl working the phone was extremely unhelpful, unpleasant, and just horrible to deal with. After waiting 90 minutes on a 40 min delivery I finally reached out to the store and she eventually reached out to her driver who was allegedly in an accident. Then she goes into a crazy rant about how she only has one person working at the store and it’s only her which honestly I don’t care, maybe don’t claim a 40 min delivery if that’s all true. Also your driver is totally fine but never thought to call her boss and say she wouldn’t be making a delivery? Super bizarre and not believeable. The girl working the phones the night of 07/23/23 around 7-8pm should be fired. She literally started screaming at me on the phone. Lastly I wanted to mention my last 2 deliveries were somewhat similar— deliver time said 40 mins when I places the order. I got no updates so I would check outside every 5 mins after 50 mins passed. Read moreI guess the current management doesn't care about their guess I explained to them that I was having a problem with the website and I need to place an order when I place the order she didn't ask me my phone number my name or anything got upset at am I not going to receive points she told me I received 27 points. When I received my food I ask for a receipt and found out that my name wasn't on the receipt that I went in and explain to them that I would be filing complaint. At this point it seems impossible because all I can do is speak with the manager of the store which is who I was dealing with that rang me up and apparently they just don't value their customers anymore that's no problem I will just stop ordering from all Romeo's Pizza After receiving my food my Stromboli wasn't made properly and my sandwiches wasn't cooked properly so my whole meal was ruined by a disgruntled employee that apparently doesn't want to do their job it's not like...
