Sbarro — Restaurant in Columbus

Okay, so 1st red flag I noticed was NO ONE was in line. I assumed it was just wasn’t in anyone’s preference, so it didn’t really bother me. I didn’t really mind, so I still went there. 2nd MASSIVE red flag was the fact that when the girl was making my pizza, She had NO gloves, and had the dough literally down her hand. It was like she had her entire arm in my food, with no protection. When I saw this I should’ve immediately asked for a refund, because that is a massive health hazard that I should’ve taken account. I didn’t though, and I regret. I haven’t seen her wash her hands either. After a couple hours, I started feeling sick, and had massive stomachaches. I did not eat ANYTHING else apart from that disgustingly made Pizza.

If you see the person making your food, putting their hands all over it, no gloves, no sign of washing them, ask for a refund and LEAVE. I am sure this was just a bad day when I went there, but never again will I go back. Seeing the 2.6 rating...

I ordered 3 strombolis from them on their website and waited 20 minutes before coming up to pick up my order. Upon arrival they told me to come back in 30 minutes even tho I could see them pulling out a fresh batch from the oven in front of me just to put under a 6 watt light bulb so I didn't want to argue and came back after another 30 minutes later they kept me waiting another 10 minutes and gave me a full pizza box with breadsticks. I tried to tell them that this wasn't my order but they didn't listen and shooed me away like they were busy (which it wasn't) and they still changed my card even though I never picked up my original order so I had to dispute the charges with my bank. Pizza tasted bad and breadsticks were hot but surprisingly tasted stale like it was left alone for a day then reheated in a microwave. No wonder why the folks at GameStop and Spencer's told me not to...

When i first got here, i waited like 5 minutes with no acknowledgment from the 2 guys standing right in front of me. Like where’s my ample service?. Then after that, i had planned on gettin g the baked ziti. I had wanted to get the full size but after i looked at in the pan.. i regretted my decision. There was no straws, no forks, no utensils, no dr pepper. There was a mystery item of someone i ordered with pizza, we chalked it up to be a bell pepper but we honestly don’t know. The baked ziti was cold stuck together, dry, but also wet on the noodle at the same time? so not really sure...
