SERVICE & CHECKIN Efficient ❤️ Quick checkin w/o unnecessary paperwork ♻️ & a pleasant personality for reception. LOBBY, ELEVATOR, CORRIDORS Gigantic lobby. Beautiful transitions; wide halls, fast elevators Laundry machines accessible on floors. ROOM https://youtu.be/IxKi3gJ5s7Y Perfect for a big group or an extended stay, thanks to the amount of closet + shelf storage. Offering plenty of seating options, stylish foot rests, & an ergonomic dedicated workspace. Functional windows were also a plus. Lighting is lackluster after peak hours & terminal AC was very frustrating: still powered on even when shutoff from wall thermostat (Defeats purpose of ecomode?). BATHROOM Forward & Eco-friendly ♻️ Contemporary & stylish design, with a Smart vanity & a very attractive wash basin. Shower experience was favorable, although towels are on the smaller side. PURE bath products & toiletries were provided. Cleaning standards could be higher; corners cut around the chrome + rust on the shower caddies. BEDS So-so. Pillow count was the highlight of the setup. Despite being undersized, they provided decent loft. It was otherwise Lackluster due to the creaking spring Mattress & stiff sheets. TV Multiple 50" FHD LG TV's! Remote & model fully compatible w/google TV devices. Fixed wall mount & swivel based. FOOD Doordash friendly Medium mini fridge, Keurig coffee, mini microwave (old school) provided in-room. Convenient food options in the surrounding area. There's also a mini market full of snacks & drinks downstairs. WI-FI & CELL RECEPTION Excellent Verizon signal with impressively fast wifi! --Performance-- Video streaming - Good Online gaming - average Video chatting - average --Nerd Stats-- 172-420 Mbps download 270-430 Mbps upload 0% packet loss 109 ms latency 51.4 ms jitter LOCATION & NOISE The environment felt safe, although the surroundings were quite noisy. The floors do not dampen noise well, so heads up if you're heavy footed⚠️. Costco & a few other specialty stores are in walking distance. Was it worth it?👍 Absolutely. Amazing value add, in a good location, & competitively priced. I would stay here again & recommend it to fellow travelers. 4/5 ⭐️

Health hazard. Complete disregard for human dignity. This was not just disappointing; it was shocking. I booked a room for my family at this Choice Hotels location in Ohio from Canada. I couldn’t be there in person, so my wife and my sister-in-law checked in with my three sons; ages 1, 6 (with special needs), and 12. What they walked into was disgusting, unsafe, and beyond unacceptable: The air vent was thick with dust and mold; a major respiratory hazard The shower curtain was stained, stiff, and appeared never washed The sink was clogged, completely unusable The toilet seat was loose, unsanitary and dangerous The mattress had large mold patches and yellow-brown stains The bedding had HAIR and BLOOD stains, clearly unchanged The elevators broke down, and staff had no plan for assistance And the front desk? Useless. They refused to offer a new room, didn’t clean, wouldn’t escalate to management, and made no effort to help. My sister-in-law had to beg for basic support while my wife was caring for my children in this nightmare. My 6-year-old son is autistic. He is extremely sensitive to sensory stress, poor air quality, and unfamiliar environments. Putting him in a filthy, moldy room with blood-stained sheets is a direct threat to his well-being. No child should ever be exposed to this. I called customer service myself from Canada and only then was given the general manager’s email. He did not reply. No one should have to fight to be treated with basic respect; especially when health and safety are at risk. If this is the standard Choice Hotels permits, then shame on them. This hotel should not be available to the public. It should be shut down. If I don't hear back promptly, I will report this to the state hygiene department. Until then, I’m leaving this review as a warning to all families, travelers, and anyone who values safety, cleanliness, or dignity. Avoid this hotel. This was not just bad service; this was an act of neglect.

I recently stayed at the Cambria Hotel and, unfortunately, had a disappointing experience. I have stayed at this specific location many times over the years for business and always enjoyed my stays. However, it was clear from the beginning that either management or ownership has changed (later confirmed by manager that the owners changed several months ago). From the start, the cleanliness of the facility was not up to standard. The room I was initially given was neglected—stains on the walls, worn-out furniture, cobwebs on the lamps, hair all over the ceiling and floors, ripped up curtains, and an overall dirty feel made it uncomfortable. The bedsheets were clean, however, the bed skirt wasn’t even on the bed. I stayed there for 1 night and the next morning, packed up my things and planned to check out 2 days early to find a new hotel for the rest of my business trip. To their credit, the hotel manager did try to rectify the situation by moving me to a new room and even upgraded me to a suite to continue my stay at the hotel. While I appreciated the gesture, the upgraded room still suffered from similar issues—visible wear and tear, lingering stains, and a lack of proper maintenance. However, nowhere near as bad as the last room so I agreed and stayed the next 2 nights. It’s clear that the hotel is in need of a thorough refresh and better attention to detail when it comes to housekeeping. While the staff was courteous, the condition of the rooms overshadowed any positives. I hope improvements are made soon, as this stay did not meet the expectations I had for the Cambria brand.

We reserved 3 rooms in total spending over $500.

Room 201 which was the room my husband and I stayed in was not clean, we had 4 ppl in our room which is how I reserved it and there were 2 towels and one wash cloth. I had to walk down to the lobby to ask for more. Then we found a hat left by another person and something disgusting and moldy in the refrigerator.

In room 202 where my daughter and her family stayed, the bathroom light didn’t work. Again I brought it to the front desk persons attention. He didn’t offer to send someone to repair it, didn’t offer a different room…. I also asked for our breakfast vouchers since I paid for a bed and breakfast package and he told me we had to come back down in the morning and ask for them! So I did just that and the morning person said you don’t have breakfast vouchers and she was unaware of a breakfast package. It wasn’t until I got upset that she logged on her computer and found I was correct. She still said because breakfast didn’t start till 7 and it was 6:30, Id have to come back down. How inconvenient for your customer! Oh and I will add when I did walk down to get them she said were only to get 10 vouchers even though I put the total number of guests in each room when I reserved and the price went up for the additional people. She did give me the extra voucher but made it seem like it was to make up for the crappy stay.

Then lets talk about the pool and hot-tub. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel. The hot tub wasn’t working, and my daughter stopped on the way to the hotel and purchased a suit just for that and then some children left unattended by their parents so they could go to your bar were being totally misbehaved in the pool. They were screaming, splashing water on parents sitting on the side in chairs, they were throwing each other into the water and hitting other children, there were pulling one another's pants down. So another child in the pool went to complain at the front desk.. Your clerk came and told my daughter that she needed to make them settle down. She had to explain that they weren’t her children and that they had no parents watching them.

The breakfast we paid extra for, was actually only $10 off what was a cold not freshly made meal. I ended up having to pay an additional $33 for our group. I was extremely unhappy. Had that been better explained we would have saved the money and gone out for a better breakfast.

We have stayed in this hotel in the past and those was not the experiences we had but this time was far from ok.

I hope you do something to rectify ...

Don't stay here!! We were in town for the State Fair. The front desk was very rude. When checking in I wasn't even greeted with a good evening or anything friendly. When asked if I needed help I informed the receptionist that I need to check in. Wasn't asked if I had a reservation just "I need your license", didn't even ask my name. I understand everyone has a bad day and I was having kind of a rough myself. The room was not clean, the bathroom floor looked as though it had not been mopped in about 6 months and there was a make up hand print on the back of the bathroom door. We didn't switch rooms due to it being late and we had a day of traveling and just wanted to be in a room. The room was 80 degrees which on a day when it's 100 is not comfortable. It took it 24 hrs for the room set at 65 degrees for the room to finally cool down. Then when I asked for more towels and wash clothes ( on the second day of the stay),which she did give me the towel, you were out of wash clothes but not with out the third degree as to why I need to so many and which room I was staying in. Then on our 3rd and final night I again asked for towels and wash clothes and again they were out of wash clothes and I was only given 3 towels. The front desk told me I could come down in the morning when housekeeping was there and get more because she didn't have time to look for more. Housekeeping was in our room on the second day without permission. We had asked to not have our room cleaned and yet they were in there anyways, and yet the room was not clean. The bathroom floor was just as dirty as it was when we checked in except for the spot that we clean up water off the floor. When checking out I made a comet to the front desk and she immediately was defensive about my asking why they came into our room. I also had asked why I wasn't asked how I wanted to pay for my room. Usually you are asked if you want the charges to be on the card that you make the reservations on in which this case I did not. I was told the manager's rule is that they don't have to ask. It would have been really funny when they got ready to charge it and the card didn't work(There had been a stop on it due to suspicious activity) So no we will not be returning. I will also make sure that everyone I know doesn't stay there either. I should have non better when friends of ours had stayed there about a month before and had a bunch of issues. I tried to give them a chance. With so many hotels in this area we will stay somewhere...
