Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. We arrived prepared to pay for our meal, just the two of us, not a large group and asked a simple question about how to place an order. Instead of helping, the cashier was rude and laughed at us when we asked for clarification, which felt especially disrespectful.

What’s even more upsetting is the owner’s response to our review. Instead of addressing our concerns professionally, they accused us of trying to get free food and made inappropriate assumptions about our intentions and character. We came in expecting a good meal and basic courtesy, and received neither.

This kind of treatment toward paying customers is unacceptable. I’d strongly recommend others think twice before visiting.

I was going to write about my experience but then I saw the owner not being kind in their responses. Food was decent but service was not..

Edit: the cashier lady was very rude to me and my daughter. We explained that we’ve never been here before and we saw the international sushi day event add on Facebook and wanted to try. The lady was upset because we didn’t have the specific picture she had on her phone. I proceeded to pull up the Facebook add and explained that there isn’t an external link attached. She was hesitant but then led us to the fridge table. She was kind after leading us to the fridge but was not kind prior. I’m not an ignorant person who expects restaurant service …. Like I said, I read the comments from you and I wasn’t going to explain what happened and then you still rudely commented on my review. Sheesh....
