Stopped by to meet my Daughter and Granddaughter. It was my Grandaughter's Birthday so I had a gift to give her while we sat outside on the table. I needed to go to the restroom while I waited for them to get there but the door was locked. The young man told me when I asked for the key that it was for paying customers. I told him I was waiting for someone to get there and we all would be getting a smoothy. He said I would have to go next door to the convenience store that she wasn't here. I was confused I thought he meant that since my other party wasn't here and we hadn't purchased anything yet he couldn't give me the key. I told him I didn't understand my party was pulling in at that moment. He said she wasn't there. I said who wasn't here? He said the manager wasn't there and she had the key. I asked him when she would be there? He said she wouldn't, she was gone for the day and she had the key. I told him that's too bad it would be nice to have a conversation with her.    Read moreI normally donât leave reviews, but I felt like this needed to be said. The staff here could use some serious improvement in customer service and professionalism. While I was placing my order, I wasnât finished speaking when they told me to pull forward, which was confusing. I assumed theyâd take the rest of my order at the window, but when I explained I wasnât done, the employee making the smoothies visibly got upset and made a big show of it, shaking his head and yelling to the lady working the window where I could even hear him through the window.
I understand that working in food service can be stressful, but getting annoyed because a customer wants to add to their order isnât acceptable, itâs part of the job. You literally make smoothies for your job so me wanting to get a few more shouldnât be difficult or make you upset. If youâre frustrated, thatâs fine, but express it privately, not in front of the customer. It made the experience uncomfortable and unprofessional. I will not be taking my children back to...

My receipts were wrong when I checked so I asked the young girl at the front if she heard me. She told me âyou didnât say thatâ. I told her I did. And told her about another receipt that was wrong. She looked at me and said âyou didnât say that eitherâ. I said âyes I did. You just didnât hear meâ she rolls her eyes and closes the window. When she finally brings my strawberry peanut power thereâs no peanut butter in it. Not a hint of taste or smell of it. I know how itâs made because I used to work at smoothie king for 4 years. I tell them thereâs no peanut butter. It took 20 minutes to remake and it was still wrong. She handed it to me and walked off. No strawberry and I can taste that plant based vegan protein was used instead of the protein blend. Iâm not sure if that was done out of spite or not but the smoothie is disgusting.
