Subway — Restaurant in Columbus

Wish I could give 0 Star. This place is disgusting and filled with filthy employees and manager.

Reason : Worst Hygiene I ever experience in food chain store.

I ordered 2 footlongs for pickup. I reach there after 20 minutes of the order. Employee said we dont have any order . Then he check the GARBAGE CANE , found my order . (Not making this up) He take the receipt from Garbage, (Same Gloves), started preparing my Order seeing from that same Order receipt. Asked me to wait (took another 15 minutes), while his disgusted gloves touching my food.

After 15 minutes, He called me while handing me over my subs, What I am seeing is , that order receipt picked up from the garbage is in with my Sub (food)

I immediately called manager. asked to change my order. He said, He can offer me to change the wrap paper of the Subs.

It triggered me and I wish i have time to sue this guys.

NEVER EVER GOING THERE and suggest the same who likes their food prepared with...

Never ever again. Ordered online it said ready at 6:10. Go in at 6:20 ask the kidiif there is a pick up line he says no we are making those. So I get in line behind 7 people then 2 people come in and tell them they are there for a pickup order and they give them their pick up orders. Then I was asked by it seemed the manager if I already placed an order I said yes at 5:55 and gave her my name she said oh that’s over there, where the other 2 people picked there pick up order at. So now my family’s dinner is cold. Never will I spend another cent at this establishment. Three months ago same thing happened. No more chances. I finally received my order at 6:40. Cold...

Blah... first time I've been to subway in years and now I know why. I'm a cheese steak guy by heart and subway is 0.6 miles from me and they had a foot long steak special for $6.00. Hell, give it a shot. WRONG. The meat is dry like it's been sitting for weeks. I'm assuming it's frozen then de thawed. They don't have mushrooms or pepper (well raw green peppers but that's just gross) The young lady was making the sandwiches and her boss came over and told her she was doing it wrong. They have this scooper and she wasent leveling it off. Seriously? A extra $0.25 in meat is going to break the bank. I'm done with subway, so many better options for a few...
