Subway — Restaurant in Columbus

I ate a very pleasant meal yesterday [8-12-2019] at the Subway at 3200 N. High St.

I had had a meeting that evening at a nearby building so I had decided to eat at that Subway before attending my meeting.

My choice, each time I eat at Subway, is a 6" "Spicy Italian" sandwich with lettuce, tomatoes, banana peppers, and Italian dressing. I realize that there are other choices at Subway but that sandwich is always at the top of my list.

The service had been friendly; my sandwich had been delicious. They gave me a plastic cup for water and even reminded me when I had forgotten to take that cup with me when leaving the ordering counter.

I am remembering a previous visit [3-11-2019] to that same Subway, also before the same evening meeting at the same nearby building, when the sun had been shining into the window so brightly that I could barely see.

I had been astonished by how well the employees had been able to work in spite of the blinding sunlight. As usual, the service had been great and my sandwich had...

Literally one of the worst locations I've been to, it looks dirty, the Indian lady and Muslim girl that were working were very unprofessional, the Indian lady was on her phone the whole time, the Muslim girl was just throwing stuff on my sandwich, being very messy about it and I had to repeat myself numerous times with both of them like they didn't speak English very well. I do not understand how either of them are left by themselves in the store or why they recieved such poor training but corperate really needs to step up and crack down on this place, I almost felt like the entire store was a health violation, it's not that hard to clean, people obviously don't know how to use a broom or a mop here. Other subway stores would laugh at this place.p.s. I also think the Indian lady charged me for a drink that I didn't get and didn't ask for, the math was very off.... also did not...

I went here once, but I've tried dozens of times over 6 months to purchase food from here or any other Subway. The one time that I was there, they were very nice. However, Subway as a company is awful. I haven't been able to use my gift card in the 6+ months that I've had it. I've contacted their support dozens and dozens of times. They rarely answer, and if they do, they ask you to do very basic troubleshooting and never talk to you again. I couldn't recommend anyone buy anything from Subway ever.
