Many times I've been the only patron in line (both inside and out) and have waited 10+ minutes for iced coffee and a sandwich. They will have you pull around to the second side window and wait for the order seemingly for no reason at all. It's as if they forget you made an order at all and then other patrons who came through after you get their meal first and leave. It's infuriating considering not a single other location in the city provides this sort of inadequate and confusing experience. The drive thru setup is also challenging when it's busy morning time. Part of the drive thru overlaps the parking lot making it impossible to enter or exit that part of the parking lot. If they make you use the second window then you only have one option for exiting the parking lot, putting you back onto high street. Due to traffic, you can only turn south onto high street at that hour, putting you going the opposite direction you need to go. All together not a great location and clearly needs some support to become better.
Edit: Check out the hilariously pitiful responses from the "owner" who apparently doesn't seem to understand that your customers are what keeps you in business, not your ridiculous personal opinions despite what nearly EVERY review is telling you. Apparently it's acceptable to wait 10+ minutes for "fresh" Sandwiches, despite NO OTHER Dunkin stores making you wait this long. It's a YOU problem, not a ME problem. When most of your reviews are negative, perhaps it's time to actually admit you aren't doing business right. Pay attention to your customer or you'll be out of business soon. This is clearly a franchise location based on the responses. You should have your...
Read moreExtremely unfair the low reviews this joint has been getting, when they have the moistest donuts of any Dunkin I have had in town, at all hours of the day. And the pumpkin muffins are BUSSIN. Sure sometimes they can’t stay consistent with pumps and sweetener in drinks (work on that y’all), but review bombing it because of how it looks or a few trees removed?? Go join green peace and plant some more trees if you’re so concerned about the environment . Clintonville is filled with trees on every street. Perhaps y’all should focus on why Clintonville is so densely white liberal hmmmmm.
Then some reviews try to blame the local homeless problem on Dunkin like homelessness is not a symptom of existing IN western society: the total rejection of societal norms?? Who wouldn’t want to wander nomadically with how annoying these white libs are lol. I love how white liberals defend droves of homeless people but they’d be Karening on the phone to the police if a skid row set up shop in their nice little tree-lined Clintonville neighbourhood, leaving diseased needles all over their sidewalks. Let your kids play around that why...
Read moreIf I could give this location zero stars I would, the food is terrible, ordered a variety pack of munchkins and got ALL blueberry munchkins at 1 pm, coffee drinks absolutely disgusting, and order instructions are not followed. The owner clearly isn't hiring proper management nor training employees, this place is completely empty all of the time despite being in a prime location and having the best facilities I've ever seen for a dunkin. I would not be surprised if the owner is struggling to upkeep this place financially considering how little business traffic is coming through due to the poor service, borderline inedible drinks, and bad management. You can tell exactly how business is going for this place by how the owner replies to every negative review with excuses and a passive aggressive tone. If I were you I would take the time to drive to a different dunkin or elsewhere entirely as I can guarantee you will be disappointed and needing to go somewhere else to buy a new...
