Definitely skip it. I don't tend to leave negative reviews but WOW, please just skip this place. It was dead on a Saturday afternoon in a location where business should be booming. This should had been the first indicator that we should avoid but my friend and I went in and she wanted gel with gel extender (not tips or anything) and even though the website listed extender, they did not have it so she decided to get a full set with ombre acrylic instead and I got a pedicure.

My pedicure was just okay. The massage was nice but my nails were cut and shaped awkwardly, cuticles were left hanging and the polish flooded my cuticles and even found some on the tips of my toes and bottom of my feet.

My friend had a horrendous experience. The first tech messed up her nails so badly someone else needed to take over. The first tech even had the nerve to say "your finger is just crooked" when a nail was so clearly messed up. The next tech was kind and tried to fix it and gave a discount BUT never should had let the way my friends nails look leave the building. Once I saw we went in and she offered to do it again. Even after doing it again they were still not good. Cuticles were never touched and they flooded them. Nails were bumpy, not evenly shaped and just not good.

We both tend to do our nails but had a busy weekend and decided to just get them done instead and we regret it.

I wasn’t gonna even leave a review, but I have to, because I’m so dissatisfied with my nails and the service I received. I went in about two weeks ago.

First of all , I was recommended by someone to go here, and she told me who to ask for , I did . So the lady that I requested did start on my nails , but she then pushed me on to someone else , who she says was really good with dipped nails, so reluctantly I go , and actually I’m quite upset at this point, because I felt the lady was not going to do a good job, but I say service was already started, so let me go on ahead and give her a try . And may I add, I was the only one in there, so by all means, the lady that started me who I was recommended to see, should have had no problem doing me, but let me tell you, the other person, she was the absolute worst!!!!!! Every time I look at my nails , I hate them. No shape to them whatsoever , the dipped powder was applied very thick and they are bumpy looking and she did not give me the square shape I asked for.

As a new salon, you should try your best to cater to the customers needs and requests, now I understand at times , this may not be possible, but I was the only one in there .

If I could give zero stars I would! This place is the worst they up charge you every chance they can without telling you. Not to mention their customer service is zero as well. My daughter was thirsty asked for a glass of water and the girl who wasn’t working was too busy in her phone then yelled at my daughter to come to her to get the glass. This made my daughter completely uncomfortable. Below is the color I asked for and the shape and size… second is what I got. This was supposed to be a trail for my nails for my wedding in 3 weeks. When I called for them to fix them she was extremely rude and refused to fix then I asked for a refund and refused that as well. I’ve been to multiple nail salons I was just looking for a place to go closer to home and to treated in such a manor was appalling. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT go to this...
