This location has a poor history. I own a business nearby but had heard many comments from my clients who swung by the Mill Run location about how rudely they were treated . Today I had the same experience myself by the manager who has been reported by numerous other people but continues being rude and disrespectful to customers. She will not give her name at the drive through or address concerns but yells, cussed at and blames customers. Now I know why 4 of my clients at my business all mentioned that they have recently reported complaints about the same manager and told others to not return to that location. I work in a service oriented industry and never would tolerate how rudely the manager treated us July 2 nd at 10 am. I even told her my kids were in the car and she said she didn’t care and kept it up. I will continue spreading the word to other connections in the area about avoiding this location. Now I know for myself and sadly so do my young children why this manager has such a bad reputation in the community. As for me as my business we will make these entirely inappropriate rude interactions if the manager known in the community. Only when service industries are affected financially by hundreds of people no longer doing business with them will they think twice. This location would be wise to have regional managers do surprise visits as this manager has a long track record of arrogance, picking fights with customers, not being willing to discuss and correct problems and refusing to take accountability for her actions. Read moreI am only 12 but know what I am talking about and know what is bad service so please hear me out. Me and my father came in at about 7:00 PM and were hoping to get a small dinner, we walk in and there is no customers (which I guess is normal around that time) we order our stuff and take it to our table. About 2 minutes after we started to eat, they started playing really loud music on a speaker in the back. The music that they chose had explicit words that I dont think anyone would enjoy. The second song that they started listening to also had foul language and 2 men staff workers even started singing/yelling the song. Read moreI used the drive thru last week and the guy at the window was rude to my husband.Today I went into the store to see if it was any better. I ordered a dozen donuts and the girl disappeared. The manager was returning this guy's 2 drinks because he did not like them. Hmm So waiting for the girl to show up I just told the manager you know what I want my refund since I already paid and just waiting for service now I'm leaving. He said can I ask why. Cause I'm waiting this long for donuts and it's 10.30 not even busy and the girl disappeared. He then refunded me and turned his back and said to the other associate well that was weird.
