Update 11/08/23. Still a disgustingly managed restaurant. With employees who don't have any clue to what customer service is. As you can see from all past reviews of this establishment. This was the last time I will attempt to eat here. Will get Macdonalds or Chinese food.
Update 07/29/17 Holy cow most employees were new and the Dining room was clean. Employees pleasant. Food on par to Quality. Baked Potato was past it's serve time. Asked for another just as bad. Everything else was perfect. Something I thought I never say about this Wendy's. Let's hope they keep it consistent. Increased to 3 stars Today......
06/29/17 everything I wrote on 05/06/17 below still stands. Today 1 soda station gross and sour and not one flavor. The other machine no ice nasty warm soda. Had to get soda from the counter. Dave Thomas should roll over in his grave with the employees disregard for Quality and customer service. The Dining room is a disgrace. The Coke machines out of cherry and Vanilla. Condiment counter a mess. Only Two tables eating in Restaurant including us. This Restaurant has fallen way off the radar for corporate. They should be ashamed of themselves considering there corporate office is only 20miles from this very poorly run Wendy's "Fix it"
06/04/16: Been eating here since 1993. When this place was the flagship store managed by Thomas & Steven. Since 2012 I have spoken to Corporate about dirty dining room, smelly soda fountains, unstocked condiments, sandwiches made wrong with poor product, like dry Chicken or beef over done or too salty Frys. Horrible potatoes. It's very sad the problems this Wendy's now has. Especially there management. Rude employees and too much hair exposure. Serve safe practice is not evident . This place should have problems like Chipotle. 06/04/16 2:45 Update: 12/12/16 4pm Things Seem much better on this visit. Cleaner, was greeted by cashier with a smile Order wrong as usual. Read moreDuring my lunch break I parked behind Wendy's to order on the mobile app and chose the pickup inside option so I could use the restroom and wash my hands upon picking up my order. I immediately walked up to the door after putting my mobile order in. Unfortunately the doors were locked. The line of cars for drive thru was wrapped around the building. It took an hour to get through the line just for me to be handed not only just half of my order but the food was ice cold. The ice was melted in the drink (I didn't get a straw for the dirt coke or a spoon for the frosty) no napkins and missing a kids meal. I drove back to wendys but this time pulling straight up to the window (they were only waiting on 1 car at a time) so there was room to do that with no issues. The gentleman opened the window when he saw me and forced the kids meal at me. I said hold on sir, this food is ice cold. I understand that your understaffed or whatever but I can't eat this. It feels like it's been sitting in the refrigerator. He walked back to the manager while mumbling something and then comes back saying yea that's because u ordered it an hour ago! (Which basically tells me they made it right when I ordered it). (I thought mobile orders were made once the customer arrives and announced their arrival??? But I said , I've been sitting in line for an hour sir. He then said well u could have called us and we would have brought it out.. Seriously?? How the hell was I supposed to know their able to answer a damn phone but can't take/make orders correctly? I was given hot fries after the argument with this guy but my other food was not remade, the pop and frosty wasn't replaced and I never received a straw to drink the pop or a spoon/straw for the frosty. Read moreUPDATE I received a voicemail a few days later from the store manager that said " this is the store manager, Im sorry about your recent visit, I would like to replace your meal, when you come tell them my name(I couldn't even understand the name I was given because they were speaking 1,000 words a minute). Problem with that is that doesn't fix the problem and I don't even want you all to fix anything for me at this point if the service will be the same..smh.

I WAS ASKING SHOULD I SAY TRYING TO ASK IF I COME IN AND GET THE FOOD SINCE I HAD ALREADY ORDERED BUT THE MANAGER WHO HAD THE MOST HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED YELLED OVER THE PHONE STATING" WELL THE HEADSET BATTERIES WENT OUT AND WE COULDNT HEAR ANYBODY SO WHAT WERE WE SUPPOSED TO DO?" I HAVE NEVER GIVEN SUCH A BAD REVIEW EVEN THOUGH I AM RANKED TOP 10 RESTURANT REVIEWERS ON GOOGLE BUT TODAY IS THE DAY.
