I have never had anything except for good service at this Wendy’s until today. This is the first issue, and it’s something that I intend on escalating thoroughly until action is taken against the employee. Shawn/Shaun was absolutely HATEFUL. I ordered through on the mobile app and selected drive thru. Might I add, I frequent this Wendy’s very often, several times per week, and the best service is always at nighttime. Today, I clearly made a mistake of going during the day time. Initially, everything was fine. They checked me in and said to pull up to the second window. Shaun asked for my name and he told the worker I was picking up for Grubhub, I said it’s an order I placed through the app. He said that I needed to park and come inside for mobile orders. I stated I selected drive thru like I usually do and because that’s the “rules”. I just requested that I could get my food because I just ordered a drink and a basic sandwich. He started being extremely rude.. so I politely requested a manager. The issue at hand now isn’t the drive thru- it’s the unprofessionalism. He said “Well I am the manager”. I also know that management is required to wear button downs, so I requested again for a manager to speak to. The female manager who came was also unprofessional. Shaun continued to make numerous inappropriate remarks, and was cussing at me, talking about how he doesn’t care if he loses his job, etc. I requested his name and he refused to give it. He was calling me broke, anongst other things. Shortly thereafter while I was holding to speak to Wendy’s corporate while this all was occurring, a male manager who I’d assume is a GM/AGM came and listened. Shaun was sitting there talking over me, making gestures and faces at me, and calling me a liar. The manager advised him to stop, but he continued. The manager didn’t really say anything to me, but did give me Shaun’s name. During the entire thing, Shaun was behind his manager making faces and gestures. All of this happened in front of numerous cameras, which I intend on having pulled by Wendy’s corporate. There are people suffering trying to find jobs who would give 1000% dedication, meanwhile there are people such as Shaun who strive on being hateful for zero reason. Read moreThis place is terrible. Well below acceptable level product and service. I ordered a Big Bacon Classic(BBC) and several other items. One being a crispy chicken sandwich with bacon. The BBC did not have any bacon on it. No problem, simple mistake. I took the burger back and it took the staff about 3 minutes to determine that I actually ordered the BBC. I held out the receipt to view the entire time. One of the cooks began to get an attitude almost to the point of saying how dare you bring that sandwich back. Then he proceeds to put 1.5 tiny pieces of bacon into a plastic container and give it to the counter girl to give to me. Never bothered to remake the now cold sandwich. I take the bacon back to the table and open the box to see 1.5 tiny pieces of bacon. I go back to the counter to complain politely about the fact that the BBC had BACON on the sandwich and this was not the correct amount of bacon. Finally the manager comes back into the store wreaking of cigarette smoke and begins to ignore me. Finally she responds to a fellow staff telling her that I would like to talk to her. The manager was just as lazy and worthless as the rest of the staff. She proceeds to tell me that that is how Wendy's does it. They cut a full piece into 2 and give 3 half pieces of bacon on the BBC. I left the crumbs of bacon on the counter and went back to finish my now really cold meal. I open the crispy chicken sandwich to see the same amount of freaking bacon on a $ menu item. Read moreI've worked in the food industry so I'm not at all hard on anyone but, I go 5o this wendys in particular because its close to my house on nights that I'm tired from work and don't feel like cooking we have a house of 5 I don't order anything special actually just the 4 for 4s they've had forever. The last 4 of 5 times I went here I get all the way home and realize though they ask me 3 to for times what sauce every one wants for there nuggets the have not put 1 packet of sauce in any of the bags which no one wants to eat there nuggets. Every other time I've been too tired to care but tonight it really pissed me off we call to tell the manager she just says ok Come back and we will give them to you its a mile and a half away I'd done stopped and got drinks and come home and started passing out the food so I say I'm going to,go get it cause I know my niece won't eat her dinner without it we get there and every person working was laughing like it was a joke. I guess since I'm the one that paid for my dinner to take it home to get cold before I realized I needed to come back and be laughed at because instead of doing there jobs the first time they thought it was funny that they ruined someones dinner thanks wendys.
