Arby's — Restaurant in Commerce Charter Township

I love fish sandwiches. Arbys is currently running a huge promotion on two new fish sandwiches. You've probably seen the adds... They compare their new offerings to the filet of fish. I happily tried one - huge disappointment! After ordering I waited at the counter for the fish and some other items for my kids. In the kitchen I could see a set of arms through a small opening preparing our food. These arms layed out wrappers, slapped buns on them, added appropriate toppings, sauces etc - then amazingly pulled chicken and fish patties out of seemingly thin air! Apparently everything was pre cooked and nuked per order. I get it. I realize it's not gourmet, and I decided to let taste determine my satisfaction. It reminded of a school lunch fish, but worse. Much worse. I actually liked school lunch fish. This had cold pockets of meat here and there, combined with a pasty breading - probably due to congealed, and then microwaved fry grease. Total bummer. You know who's Filet of fish is always consistent; hot fish, steamy bun, with a great consistency. Really disappointed in the effort Arbys put into a highly advertised product. I really wanted to like it. Never again. Stick with a filet o fish - at least you know it will be decent. I give Arbys one star for the fish - it could be useful to remember next time I need...

Crinkle Cut French Fries IT'S ABOUT TIME! FRIES ARE EXPENSIVE & WORTH IT, BUT ONLY WHEN THEY'RE HOT!

My last 2 times there will now be my last 2 times there. Fries NOT HOT.....and for the next 20 minutes I waited at the pickup window for my hot fries, while 2 more cars was told to come up to the DOOR beyond my car/pick up window......as they worked around me? Instead of just making a fresh batch and watching me go on my happy way, the 14 yo pretending to be general MANager forced to leave, wouldn't return the price of the fries, and wad willing to call the police? So, I kept the cold greasy bottom of the barrel scraps that included mostly twice cooked curly fry chips and burnt ends. 😝 WTH?! When kids like this are running your store, expect it to go out of business.....unless its a corporate store where nobody...

Everytime we've ordered here there's been something wrong, but today was the final straw, and the last time that we'll go to this location. All we ordered today was a few large curly fries, nothing could go wrong, right? Nope. Half of the fries were crinkle cut, and one of the fries had a bunch of chicken pieces in it. Some of those fries were for a vegetarian, and they're now throwing up. We have NEVER had a problem at any other arbys, and the vegetarian has never gotten sick from other arbys fries. This is outrageous, they shouldn't be getting sick because of some kids incompetence. They asked if we wanted another fry when confronted, but how could we trust them to not cross contaminate? There was no resolution, and someone is sick. Don't go here. Something will always be messed up from workers...
