Long John Silver's — Restaurant in Commerce City

REALLY NO STARS!!! horrible service we went in on tues around 5 pm stood at the counter at least 15 minutes without even being acknowledged no greeting and still no order taken.. 2 people to the side waiting on their food received it and both orders were wrong 1 employee apologized while a lady in a black button up maybe a manager came up to help but instead got an attitude as if it were the customer's fault when she started saying she'd been waiting over 30 min and for the order to be wrong is just not okay ...we ended up just walking out I tried to leave a comment on their website and it...

A split long John silvers and kfc. Can’t even make you what you order then say they don’t serve fries only potato wedges. False advertisement on long John silvers the menu should represent what they serve. This place just doesn’t care at all. They just toss together whatever they want. This is just a prime example of what franchises are in today’s world. I would rather have given my money to taco star down the street at least it supports a business that cares about customer service. So to the KFC / Long John silvers franchise owner maybe do some business classes and actually be involved...
