If I could give negative stars I would. What a shitshow. We came her after my husbands softball game around 8:30PM drive thru line was about 5 cars deep, but we didnt want to go in because we had 3 tired kids in the car. We sat in this line for 50 minutes. I am not exaggerating. Five-zero. Have you ever tried to leave a drive-thru line? Its impossible without driving through the cars in front of you, or over the median/trees to your right. 5 cars ahead of me took 50 minutes. Every car would pull up to the speaker to order and would sit there for 5-10 minutes before their order was taken. I specifically went to Wendy's for strawberry lemonade. When I ordered it, they told me they were out. So that was annoying. I ordered the 10 piece nugget meal with a coke and 2 plain double cheeseburgers. This wasnt a rocket science order. Pretty basic. I also asked for sweet and sour sauce for my nuggets. She hands me my food, bag only, and shuts the window. I'm like um.. okay.. where's my drink? Maybe shes getting it... waiting, waiting... watching her take orders at the front counter. I'm waving from the car and she finally opens it and says some dollar amount as if I am the next car. Dude... you forgot my coke. (As my food is getting colder and nastier) she gave me the drink and I pull up. No effing straw. No receipt. No napkins. No sweet and sour sauce. Seriously? So I park... go inside. Theres literally 12 people in line. All I want is sweet and sour sauce and a straw. Go over to the drink station and there is water EVERYWHERE. All of the straws are covered in water and disgusting. Not putting my mouth on that. So I do the thing where you awkwardly stand over by the counter, obviously waiting for something... and they just ignored me. Ignored everyone at the front. No counter orders being taken. There is a worker standing next to the drive thru window drinking his own drink, not doing a damn thing. Not only did I spend an hour (50 drive thru 10 inside) but my food was cold and disgusting and wrong. We got home around 10PM and ate cereal and toast. Way better than that garbage they tried passing off as food. We have spent a fair amount of money at this store, but I will never set foot in this place again. Maybe I am just a number and losing a customer doesnt make a difference, but my heart now belongs to McDonald's across the street. #SorryWendy #WeLikeRondald #CrapService #NastyFood...
Read moreWorst experience I’ve ever had at a Wendy’s. Sat at the drive though for literally 20 minutes with two cars ahead of me. They only take one order at a time and make you sit there untill they have prepared the one order and send it out to the one customer then they decide to take the next order. So I sat there for 18 minutes waiting for two cars ahead of me to get their food and leave when it’s finally my turn Just to place my order the hard working employee tells me that her computer crashed and it was going to be an additional 15 minutes for her to even Place my order with no apology or anything Not to mention she was very short with me and sounded like I was annoying her for Even pulling into he place of work where she is paid to be. I don’t know how this place is still open in the 20 minutes I was there I saw at least 4 or 5 cars leave because they didn’t want to wait. I’ve worked in the food industry for more than 8 years and there’s no excuse for any customer to have to sit and wait like this considering I saw three employees when I was leaving standing in the kitchen two of them looking at their cellphones.... god I love America, Keep up the good work gang you guys are killing the...
Read moreMy husband and I went to this location, since it's the closest to us to try out their new breakfast items. Extremely disappointed! My husbands breakfast sandwich was greasy & falling apart. My chicken biscuit was so dry & tasteless I couldn't even finish it. The potatoes were overcooked, hard & almost completely inedible. My husband ordered a coffee, they didn't even ask if he wanted cream or sugar. Needless to say they didn't include any in the bag either. Later in the week he decided he wanted to try another new menu item after looking at the coupon flyer received in the mail. It was the Pretzel bacon pub burger. I ordered the chicken version. Mine was dripping with Soo much cheese it was disgusting! ( Heart attack on a bun) The restaurant apparently forgot the cheese on his! Or maybe they were confused & just added it to my sandwich. In either case they were horrible. Both times we went through the drive thru. The cashier was wearing a mask but they didn't have any kind of shield or barrier @ the window! Not did we get a receipt either time for the purchases.... Will definitely not be visiting this...
