Pronto Café — Restaurant in Commerce

Hi , I am from uk when to LA for holidays and visited citadel outlets .. I am vegetarian and wanted to a vegetarian sandwich which is when I found the pronto cafe . They had veggie sandwich for 10 dollars , it was made of avocado , lettuce, onion , tomato, cucumber, mayo and mustard . I was happy with it when to order .. after placing order and paid they came to me and said they had no avacado , no tomatoes left.so they gave me a sandwiches practically made of lettuce mayo ,mustard and onions for 10 dollars … soooo disappointed.. if they did not have the ingredients they should not have taken the order or told me before paying so I would have gone to another cafe … very...

If you feel the urge for a coffee beverage while shopping at Citadel Outlets, you only have two choices: Starbucks and Pronto Cafe. I'm not a big fan of Starbucks, and I typically prefer an independent establishment or a smaller chain. Well, I'm afraid this is the exception. Not only is the coffee not any better than Starbucks, but you also get a much smaller choice: no decaf, no soy milk, no other type of milk. In addition, the service is terrible, and one of the employees was downright rude to my wife. That's totally unacceptable. Highly NOT...

Not sure why this place is still in business!! No one was at the front counter…my husband had to go into the kitchen to ask if they were open, woman said “yeah” he said can I order then?..she said “sure” They were out of nearly every ingredient and the soda fountain also not in service. She put a bag on the counter and we walked all the way back to the car to find that we were 1 sandwich short out of 2 sandwiches total. She completely let us leave without our full order.

Go literally anywhere else. Ps this was my first negative review on...
