Concordville Bar and Grille — Restaurant in Concord Township

If you are looking at having your wedding here, do not look anywhere else. The cost can't be matched, but more importantly their team is absolutely exceptional. We explored dozens of different venues and the Concordville Inn was hands down unbeatable across across board. I will start with Barbara since she took my vision and far exceeded anything I could imagine. I read reviews below about the event manager being awful, but the wedding team is separate. From the start Barbara was very responsive and very accommodating since I live in another state. She is very knowledgeable and the kindest and most professional woman I've met in the wedding industry. I say this because she is genuine and truly cares about the bride and groom. We had made many changes during the process and Barbara was able to accommodate each and every request up until the day before our rehearsal dinner. We had our rehearsal and dinner Thursday and our wedding on a Friday. Barbara and Juan led our rehearsal and wedding and Nick and Esmerelda were our lead people on Thursday and the service was amazing. Their hospitality and service are exceptional. Our bridal party loved the staff and food- striped bass, prime rib and chicken roma options. Our wedding day started with the bridal party in the conference room in the hotel and ended at Ashley's restaurant and bar for our after party. It was nothing shy of extraordinary and our package was a fraction of the cost of local venues. It is also rare to have an all in one venue - hotel, ceremony, cocktail hour, reception and after party all on one property. The staff took my decor and created the most intimate and beautiful ceremony, cocktail and reception setup. Juan, Nick and staff were extremely attentive and checked in with my husband and other guests frequently and quickly accommodated any questions or requests. The guests told us that the cocktail servers were fast and served frequently and complimented the staff all night. To Juan and Barbara, you are simply amazing people professionally and personally it was an honor to meet you both. Thank you for an exceptional experience and I truly hope to cross paths...

We went yesterday to the Concordville Inn with two diners that have celiac disease. I called ahead to make sure they could accommodate our food restrictions and was assured they could. Upon arriving it was clear that the staff was not educated on what gluten was or how to handle food allergies. The first man didn't even know what gluten was. The manager then walked my son and I around letting us know what was good to eat and what was not, pointing out that the potatoes and rice were not good for us to eat. He then told me the asian salad was fine but I asked further about if soy sauce was added and he said he would check with the chef. The chef confirmed there was soy sauce in the asian salad, making it not good for us to eat. The chef then came out and told my husband that the potatoes were not good for us as they contained gluten. When pressed further, we were told they were potatoes with vegetables. The chef thought both rice and potatoes were gluten ingredients. For how expensive the Easter brunch is and the phone call made prior to our arrival, I felt pretty good about trying the Condordville Inn. We are deeply disappointed and will never return. This restaurant is not safe for food allergies and the staff is not knowledgeable about how to handle them, or what they are. We left the restaurant with belly aches and bloating, clear signs that we were cross contaminated in the restaurant. I'm gonna keep this to the point, I stayed at this hotel for a holiday party last night 12/9/17. When I woke up and saw a bug crawling on my bed I immediately killed it to find it left a blood stain in my bed like a mosquito would if you slapped it. Now I knew this was a bad sign so I continue to investigate under the pillows, sheets, and mattress and box spring cover that their were bed bugs all infested in my bed.... I have numerous photos and videos of this. I gave word to my boss ab my findings and when we both approached the front desk they told us that they would tell a manager, so he asked to speak to one and they said there was not anyone in today and they would not be back until Tuesday so we could call then.....Being no help I just went upstairs to gather my things to leave as fast as I could feeling so grossed out and dirty. Took me a little time but noone came to check my room or make anything better for me.. I just would like to put this out here because I feel like noone cared that i had slept with bugs biting me all night and had to throw my clothes that I wore there out in the trash not feeling comfortable to bring my things home or even in my car .... I don't even know what to say. If I could put 0 stars I would. Nothing would make me ever want to stay there again after that. And I know this place is highly rated so I was shocked to say the least but these bugs were not afraid of me they seemed very...
